These Neil M. shoes are very nicely made from high quality leather. They are roomy enough to accommodate my orthotic insert, which is important to me. They also have more tread that most shoes that are this elegant. I can wear them on dressy occasions and still feel secure on my feet.

These shoes are about a full size larger than marked. I probably should have just given up on them. Once I had the length right, then the width was too snug. This was not so bad at first, and I thought it would get better. But they did not seem to break in. They actually became fairly painful to wear. Once of the problems is that the heel is a bit too high and the sole is stiff. This started to strain the tendons in the front of my lower legs, and I developed a soreness up into my thighs. I had to stop wearing them. It is a shame. They could have been good shoes. I hope you have better luck.

Love these shoes; they look great with both jeans and khaki pants. I got a blister on my heels the first two times wearing them, but now they are fine (I have a very wide foot). Would definitely recommend.

What a great pair of shoes! They are extremely comfortable and are very easy to maintain. The more I wear them the better they look and feel - Just like a classic leather bomber jacket after it's broken in.

Nice pair of brown shoes. Looks good. Picked them out for my fiance and he liked them. No complaints. He wears size 15, not easy to find, so I am always thrilled when he likes what I find for him.

First I bought a 9 in a different Neil M shoe and were too small. So I returned and bought these. These shoes are awesome. Took a couple of days to break in, but they are so comfortable and very well built. Everything about the shoe is just top notch quality. Fit like a glove.

Within two months of wearing these shoes, the sole detached from the upper part of the shoe at the toe. For as much as I spent on these shoes, I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship.

I bought these as a 2nd pair of brown shoes to go along with my Allen Edmonds. They cost half as much, and although I would say the quality is a half a notch off the AE Ashtons, they are still an excellent shoe. I highly recommend this shoe.
