The first impression I received over the telephone was the tone of voice the young lady relayed to me. She was both friendly and helpful, and eager to help me with my purchase. My situation was, as a Canadian the particular shoe I was trying to buy could not be shipped to Canada, however my son lives in the USA and she helped me by advising me how and when they would ship to his address, gave me a tracking number and although this should be common from customer service people, most times these days it is not. For anyone wishing to buy from Zappos. I strongly recommend and endorse this company. I will purchase from them again. Sincerely, John Gaudet.

Very pleasantly surprised by how nice these shoes are (I had never heard of the brand previously, have a narrow foot that's tough to fit, and was taking a shot at these knowing nothing about them but how they looked from the online pictures). The look/shape of the shoe is just as I hoped, the fit IS narrow enough for my foot (I got the "N"), and the footbed in these shoes are extremely comfortable. If you're looking for nice white bucks, look no further.

I wore these shoes to a wedding with a seersucker suit. I think the photographer took more shots of me than of the bride. They are snappy, and they are beautifully constructed.

These shoes were perfect for the occasion. I had to have white shoes and quickly. I placed the order (they were available in extra wide, yeah) and they came within a week. Shoes fit perfectly, and exceeded my expectations. I'm a well satisfied customer!

Well made. Very comfortable for a guy with a narrow, flat foot. Wear them 5 days a week for work. Cannot say enough good about the shoes.
