This was a cute shoe and the leather was soft and flexible. The fit was true to size. However, the cut of this shoe across the vamp was uncomfortable on my foot. Given the price, I couldn't justify keeping it when it wasn't completely comfortable.

This is my first introduction to this brand and I'm so impressed. The narrow width is perfect for my foot and for a flat shoe, there's actually a bit of arch support, which is rare for most "flats". They are so comfy!

I love these shoes! I have a very narrow foot so flats are always bad. These actually fit me. I wear them with knee-high hose to prevent rubbing/blisters. Super comfy and great, I'm on my feet and walking around a lot at work and still love them!

The leather is soft, the wide toe box is very comfortable and the inside padding is excellent. I wear a medium but sort of a narrow medium, and these fit without gaping at the side. I may order another pair!

These shoes are fab and I receive compliments on them every time I wear them. Also, for consumers who want to make purchasing decisions based partly on potential environmental implications, Naya seems to be a good choice. Hopefully, other brands can follow suit. Oh and they're comfy. Win!

I really wanted to like these shoes: the color is beautiful, the sole is cushy. However, like another reviewer, I found the upper/vamp to narrow and really cut into the top, inside part of my foot by the toes. Though the rest of the shoe was fine, it was very tight and uncomfortable at that one spot, and I knew would cause problems and definitely will not work for anyone who has trouble with bunions.

Cute shoe, great color, very comfortable, however my foot is narrow and shoe gaps on sides even though the shoe was size narrow. Tried an insert and still gapped, so I will have to return.

This shoe looks nice. It is made of nice materials. The inside feels good against a bare foot. My only concern is that the top of the shoes, right under and near the decorative flower, cut into the top of my feet unless I wear socks or stockings. Maybe it will soften over time. I'd say they are on the low end for a luxury shoe but the high end for a non-luxury shoe--better than Clarks that might look similar but not as luxurious as Munro American or Paul Green.

This shoe is very cute and would be great to dress up casual wear. However, I had to return the shoe because there was excess leather in the toe area that was very uncomfortable. It's as if the shoe was too small for the insole lining. Thanks to Zappos' return policy I'm not stuck with a shoe that doesn't fit or excessive return charges.

These shoes are great. I spend a lot of hours at work, and shoes that pinch and cramp my toes are a no go. I have a very high arch, most ballerina type shoes put pressure just above my toes and these don't! I also have wide toes and no pinching!

A great shoe for narrow feet (10N). However, like other reviewers mentioned, it cuts into the top of the big toe, wow, ouch! I'm so sad to be sending them back.

I love these shoes, so feminine! They are comfortable on my wide foot except for the heel area which is too loose and my heel slides out as I walk. So unfortunately I am returning them.

I just discovered Naya this year and am so pleased with the fit of this shoe and others. I had to "fiddle" with sizes before I found the right one for me. I usually wear a 7.5 N in a dress shoe but was pleased with the 7N in this one. Love the free shipping and convenience of Zappos! Helps us hard to fit ladies.

I usually wear a narrow, but I ordered these in a wide because Naya runs narrow. I have no had the toe issue other posters have described. I find these comfortable and cute.
