I just received these boots today. I want to start with the size is right on. I wear an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I didn't even realize that the heel wasn't that high until I put them on. The velcro in the back at the heel helps keep the "fur" nicely in place. They are super easy to pull on and they are very comfortable. The downside is that they come folded in the box which leaves a crease but I have put a pair of my boot shapers in them and I am hoping they will straighten out nicely. I love the look and the feel. I can't wait to start wearing them to work!
