The US to European sizing is way off (the US size is more like a whole size or size and a half smaller than what is stated).

My daughter loves these shoes and wears them every day. Very comfortable and they have the glamor appeal that she looks for at age 3. The problem is that they don't wear well and most of the sparkle has worn off the toe in just 8 weeks.
