Overall:

This boot looked very nice, but after trying two different sizes couldn\'t find one to fit. I have bunions and neuromas in both feet, and narrow heels. I first ordered the 6.5 WW, but they ran huge! I then tried a 6 W and the toe box was far too narrow while my heel slipped significantly. Great look to the boot, especially with pants tucked in, but fit was not right for my crazy foot.

Great shoe, very comfortable, walks on snow well. The only problem I had is they are really wide at the ankle; no ankle support at all. Wears like a clog.

This boot got amazing reviews, so I just had to try them out for myself. I had been looking for a nice, versatile boot for the Fall, but had returned other boots from Endless.com, etc. The suede on this boot is so nice! I love the Grey Suede color, and was impressed at how comfortable the boot felt from the get-go. Great Zappos service, too!

Yay! Finally boots that fit my 15.5" calves and will zip up over skinny jeans, no problem. Ladies, these boots are fabulous. They're comfortable and stylish. The detail at the ankle makes your ankle look dainty and if they start to slouch, then that detail will disguise it. The heel is a comfortable height. I'm a teacher and I think I'll be able to walk all over campus and teach all day in these with no problems. I've ordered more than 10 boots this season and these are the only ones I haven't returned.

These boots are narrow in the ankle area. I was (finally) able to get one boot on and felt like the length was okay, but was not able to get my foot in the other one past the heel. My feet and ankles are not overly large so I\'m not sure what the Naturalizer company was thinking when they designed this boot.

Before purchasing this shoe I read all the reviews on it and decided to take a chance. I have a narrow foot, and I thought the medium width may work since it did have velcro straps. I did keep the shoe; however, it is still a bit wide for my feet. It is comfortable (I like the sole). However, the velcro closures don't stay put all the time and tend to "pop" open. I will probably just take it to a shoe repair place and have them add a bit more velcro. I do like the style.

Disappointed. While the boot looks beautiful, like the previous reviewers the only complaint is the ankle area, which is too wide and unflattering. As much as I hate to I'm returning these boots.

Comfortable boots with style. I've had these boots for over a year now and they are great. Very comfortable. No issues with them. And amen for the wide shaft for those of us with thick calf muscles.

I was very excited to find a pair of boots in my size with a wide shaft. I have not had a pair of knee high boots in over 25 years. Thank you Zappos for making this possible. I will continue to look for other styles in the future.

I knew the minute I saw the box that these size 12's would not fit. I was so disappointed because they look and feel great. They are just too small.These aren't even close to being a 12. Come on people, make a real size 12 for once!

This is a nearly perfect shoe. I say nearly not because of the shoe, but because I have problem feet. The leather is soft, needs no breaking in and is a glamorous metallic finish. I'll wear them during the holiday with a fabulous bronze outfit or with jeans and a glitzy blouse. Perfect heel height for either look.

I always have a hard time finding boots that fit my wide calf. These fit beautifully and are very comfortable as well. I have also received many compliments on the look of these boots.

I bought a pair of these from the Naturalizer site, and I must say they are the most oddly-proportioned shoes I own. Although I ordered a wide size, they are exceedingly narrow in the toe, narrower than most B-width shoes I own. The heel box, however, is very broad, and so the shoe slips off my heel with every step. \r\n\r\nThe style of the shoe is a nice, if plain, oxford. But the stacked heel, which I had hoped would look edgily masculine, simply looks dowdy. If Naturalizer had as good a return policy as Zappos, I would send them back in an instant. As it is, I suppose I\'ve learned my lesson.

One of the most beautiful pairs of shoes I\'ve ever owned. Width and length felt true to size, even though the heel is higher than I have usually worn, it wasn\'t difficult to walk in. Leather is nice and soft and I\'ve received many compliments on them.

I love these shoes. I wear a lot of longer skirts with tights here in the winters of Minnesota. I needed a shoe that was both comfortable and stylish. This shoe looks great! Once you get the strap to the length you want you can slip the shoe on and off without using your hands. The fits to size. I am very pleased.

I ordered these boots and while they are very cute and stylish, they do run a little narrow. I would recommend ordering a wide if your foot tends to run on the wider side which mine sometimes does depending on the shoe.

I bought these shoes to wear to a class reunion. They are extremely comfortable and I usually wear flip flops and flat shoes. Sharp, dressy looking, and the nickel is a great neutral that will go with anything.

Odd Strap - These are very nice-looking Mary Janes. They're similar to pair of Naturalizers that were my favorites for ages. But the design of the strap is such that when you fasten it over itself, the edges don't meet exactly, which means you see part of the underside and it looks a little sloppy. Also, the strap is far enough forward that my heel tends to slip out. The cushioning is very comfortable, but these didn't fit my foot well enough. I take a 9.5-10 narrow foot and I tried this in a 9.5 narrow.

The shoes are pretty comfortable and true to size. The biggest problem I am having with them is my socks won't stay up. I call it "eating up my socks". I am constantly pulling the back of my sock up which is a big hindrance. They are neat looking and true to size.

This boot fit, albeit snugly, around my 18-inch calf (at size 8.5), so if you're looking for a wide shaft boot, consider this one. I returned it because it was too shiny, a little too snug for my taste, and the heel was higher than I expected. The top part of the boot is way cooler than the bottom.

Love these! I needed a good walking shoe as I am going on vacation, and found these great shoes. They look very cute with jeans or casual pants. They are true to size and I have worn them the whole weekend with no complaints. Very lightweight, and good arch support and toe wiggle room, too!

Very comfortable shoe! This is my primary work shoe. It goes well with jeans too. So comfortable that I would even wear these for my 2nd job as a waitress.
