Overall:

These boots fit true to size. I accidentally had gotten the wide calf first, then got these after sending the others back. They are very comfortable and look very nice.

Beautiful boots. Arrived quickly and in great condition. I purchased two pair for two daughters. One fit, the other didn\'t. The return process is simple and incredibly convenient. I received my refund to my credit card the day Zappo\'s received the boots.

Have to send these back. They're not wide enough for my toes and slip off my heels as I walk. Too bad, because they're really cute and make my feet look small.

Casual comfortable boot. Even though I am not keeping these boots, since I need a taller boot (knee length needed), I thought I would comment on the boots. I ordered the 11W black and brown and both look nice and are very comfortable. They come about mid-calf and are a casual boot as they are a little heavy, but would be great in the snow. I was looking for a rubber sole dress boot to go with skirts for work so that is why they did not work out for me, but if you are looking for something for jeans, these would be great.

Very beautiful shoes that I would recommend to anyone looking for mid-priced, but very nice shoes for a formal event. These shoes, however, are not as comfortable as the normal Naturalizer brand, and benefited greatly from some cheap Dr. Scholls inserts. In addition, I am usually a narrow width in most shoes and had to get a wide in these for some reason. But with Zappos easy exchange policy it was not as issue and I would recommend the shoe as a great alternative to more expensive ones like Stuart Weitzmans.

This is very true to size and super comfortable from the get go. There is no breaking in. I love them and love Zappos for making purchasing a dream come true.

These shoes are very comfortable, they are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can wear them all day and they do not cause any ache in feet or legs. I have had foot surgery and know how a pair of shoes can cause pain and discomfort even after you take them off.

Purchased two days ago and just got them. Very comfortable, but not cute. Something seems off with the shape of the shoe, looks like I belong in a Bruce Lee movie. They will be on the first UPS truck back to Zappos. The size seems to run a little big. I was worried they would be a little narrow because I have a wide foot, but didn\'t seem to be an issue.

The vamp is way too tight even in a wide. Cute boot, was really hopeful but no dice. Bordeaux is gorgeous color too. Oh well. Will keep looking for a nice looking rain/snow boot.

These shoes are very lightweight and comfortable. I would say they do run a little on the large side. I usually wear a 10W and with these shoes I must wear a mid-weight sock or the shoe will be too loose. I do not mind because I planned on wearing them with jeans and corduroys all winter long so the socks are fine. They are very comfortable.

This is a good shoe. I probably needed an AAA in width because it feels a little wide. I like my shoes to hug (not squeeze) my feet. I would have liked just a little more arch support. But, hey, you can't go wrong with Naturalizers! I have worn them for years. I hardly ever wear other brands. Naturalizers are so comfortable.

These are very comfortable boots and are true to size. The heel is a perfect height for casual wear and the shaft is perfect to tuck leggings or jeans. Don\'t let the colored topstitching discourage you from ordering these boots. The color is not at all as bright as it appears in the picture, and it is actually quite attractive on the boots. A side zipper would be helpful, but they really are not very hard to manage without one. I placed my order in the wee early morning hours, made a mistake and accessed Zappos\' 24 hour live online service. The agent, Jennifer, connected immediately, was absolutely wonderful and took care of the problem. As if that was not enough, my boots arrived the next day! Zappos is the best! I have shopped with them for a number of years and am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely continue to shop at Zappos!

Overall these are nice boots - I wish I had returned them for a smaller size though. They are definitely about a half size too big. If you buy your usual size, I would recommend big wool socks.

I really love these shoes. They look expensive but they're not. I did read the other reviews and I'm glad I got the wide width, I usually wear a size 8, but I ordered a size 7 1/2 wide. They fit perfect. They also have some nice cushioning on the inside for comfort. The heel is a perfect height if you don't want anything to high. They're a really nice shoe that's not to trendy. I think I'll be able to wear them for years to come.

I really liked these, but had to return them for fit. The wide was not really very wide. They seemed small for the size. I got them on but felt like my foot was crammed in there.

Such a beautiful boot, and the leather is so soft and supple, much more than I expected. The wide shaft fits like a dream, although the height of the shaft sits a bit lower than I expected. They still look gorgeous, though, so no real complaints on that score. I ordered the medium width in my normal foot size, but think I might have done better to order the wide instead. I can't wear a sock with this boot, at least not yet. Maybe when they've been broken in more and the leather has stretched a bit. But they feel just perfect with nothing thicker than tights between my feet and the boots.

Just received these boots last week. Still can\'t believe that I ordered these on a Sunday afternoon and received on Tuesday. Incredible delivery time, even with the holidays!\r\nThe boots are awesome, they are comfortable, nice looking. The wide shaft is more than ample for my calves. There is even enough room to wear some warmer socks with them. Just wish I could afford to buy another pair.

I love these boots. Not only are they cute, they are comfortable! I have always had big calves (even when I was a thin athlete) and although I have to work to zip them, they do zip. So, for those with big calves these boots should work for you, too.

These are great boots. I have quite wide feet as well as wider calves, and have been unable to find stylish boots that fit. I got the size EE, and they not only fit, but are are very comfortable. I wore them the whole afternoon the first time I had them on, and loved them.

If you are looking for the ideal boot, look no further. These boots are classy, comfortable and well made! Supple leather, gorgeous design, great heel height! Can wear with pants or skirts. Runs a little big, so order a 1/2 size smaller. I am an avid boot wearer and am thrilled about these boots. Best pair ever! Ankle and calf size is perfect. And, those of us with long feet will be happy to know that they even make your feet look smaller. Although I was initially skeptical about the brand, I was most pleasantly surprised. Don't hesitate on this purchase! Three cheers for Zappos!

I purchased these shoes a size larger because of the reviews. I found that I probably should have ordered my usual size because they are a little large, but since I will wear them with socks or heavier stockings they work well. I have worn them several times and they feel great. I do a lot of walking and standing and they are very comfortable.

Love this shoe! If the wide had been available, then I'd have taken that, but the regular width is fine on my wide feet. Seems like they run a bit big; I'm usually a 9, but took an 8.5 in this. Got the croc/patent leather; will be super versatile to dress up jeans, or with skirts or dresses. Classy, the interesting heel keeps it from being frumpy and plain. Just versatile!

I ordered this shoe in a 6.5W due to sensitive/swollen joints. Not only did this shoe rub exactly where my joints are swollen, but the style made my feet appear much longer than they actually are. They also felt quite stiff. If you have bunions or sensitive joints around your big toe, you might consider a different style. I have tried other Naturalizers that fit very comfortably, so I will definitely try another style.
