I ordered these in my usual size 10, and Zappos send them extremely quickly...great service! However, they didn't feel like size 10 - so I had to return them. Too small and uncomfortable. Oddly enough, we saw the same boot at Macy's the next day and I bought them in size 11. They fit perfectly. First time I've ever had to wear an 11! The boot is awesome, though. I get a lot of compliments. Very cute.

Love this boot. I'm a size 12 and this boot actually fits great. I can wear them all day and my feet are so happy. They are very cute and I get a lot of compliments on them!

I love these boots. I got them about three weeks ago...and have worn them almost every day since! (I'm not kidding. I've worn other shoes maybe once.) They are cozy, super cute, and warm - but not too warm to wear indoors. They're getting a little slouchy - which is totally fine with me. I have athletic calves (I haven't had much luck with tall boots before) and these work over jeans, leggings, tights, with a little room. They have a pretty good grippy sole (helpful here in VT!, but not super rugged) but don't look like it. I used a waterproofing spray on them before I started wearing them - I'm not sure how they would have been without it - and they hold up well to the snow, ice and salt I've subjected them to thus far. The only thing I might like is if they were truly knee high - but overall a great boot.

I purchased these boots because they were a wide shaft, came in a narrow width, were fairly high and a casual style. I have worn them a few times and I like them. The only negative thing I can say is that the footbed could be a little warmer.
Brands I'd also recommend: Walking Cradles and Clarks
