These boots are terrific. The fit is true to size in both the length and the width. The shaft of the boot is long enough for a long legged woman instead of the usual too short. The zipper, which I usually think spoils the look, is subtle and almost vanishes when zipped but which allows easy in and out when opened. The boots are comfortable from the first moment. I wore them for a 10-hour day the first time, unheard of for me, and was comfortable from beginning to end. They look great, fit great and feel great. What else could one ask for?

These boots were one of four pair I ordered this week...all of them in the same style and color. While they're a beautifully, made boot, the 7.5 M was a tad too short and way too narrow. Also, I have an average calf, neither thin nor muscular. The shaft on this boot was pretty tight. It definitely wouldn't allow for either a sock or jeans tucked inside. The cool people Greenwalt, in size 38, is perfect on all counts!

I love these boots! I really like the contrast between the leather and suede in black. They are comfortable but not the kind of boots that I would need to wear on an extremely cold day or on/after a Midwestern snowstorm. They have a thin lining so I wear thick socks.

Most excellent. Found boots to fit my narrow heal and narrow calves also. They are black Naturalizers and I got them quicker than I expected, considering was Holiday Season. And a Great Price also. Thanks so very much

Shaft is too wide and baggy in ankle area -- looks too awkward. Also, these are not really youthful looking -- then again, these are Naturalizers. Otherwise, I like the two types of boot materials together (suede & leather). Note: I bought these to replace my very stylish Ugg black suede boots with wooden soles, which I had to return to the manufacturer because they split at the base. These are definitely not as beautiful as the Ugg boots.

Very comfortable. It appears that the dimensions listed on the reg shaft vs wide shaft were mixed up. The reg shaft is definitely the narrower of the two. Love them!

I got these shoes a bit late in the season, but I was just slow to order. These boots are comfortable, stylish and go great with skirts or slacks. At first I thought they were a tad bit wide, for my skinny feet, but they have been just fine! If the weather is cold, there is room for thin socks over hose. Zappos is a lifesaver for people who have narrow feet! They provided great service!
