I loved the look of this boot; however, I ordered a double wide after reading the reviews just in case and...yikes, couldn't even get my boot zipped up! Way too tight for the size. I really only wear a 11 1/2 wide but ordered a 12 ww...sadly, it's going back. I bought Naturalizer boots last year and loved them!

I went up a size and added width to fit my orthotic. The size 11 extra wide feels great! I bought both the brown and black but the black felt very tight and I returned them. I've been wearing the brown ones all winter and love them. I'd like to give the black another try. These are excellently made and the price is good for an all leather boot.

I was pining after these boots for a while, and when I finally ordered them the 9 regular was sold out, so I ordered a 9 wide. I have average-width feet, and don't usually wear wide shoes, but I'm glad I did because these fit perfectly. The regular would have been way too narrow. Other than that I'd say they fit true to size. My 15.5" calves fit inside the boot perfectly fine, they are a smidge tight with jeans on but have loosened up a little as I've been wearing them. They're perfect with just socks & don't flap around. they are very comfortable, but I've added some arch support inserts because I tend to have issues with that in all shoes. Otherwise a perfect boot!

Really like these boots and have gotten several compliments on them. I almost sent them back after wearing them once because the "darkened" areas on the toe and heel rubs off immediately and doesn't look great initially. After a few wearings though, they look normal. I think I'm going to order the black as well since they're so comfortable - I've been looking for comfortable black riding boots for a few years now. Wish they came in dark brown too. I'm an 11.5 shoe, but the 11 fits perfectly. Only gave 4 stars because of the rubbing off of the dark areas - seems unnecessary if it's going to come off.
I'd also recommend: Also bought a pair of Frye boots as my "nice" pair.

I love these boots! I was curious about the width & sizing due to the various reviews, so I was a little unsure about sizing. I ordered a 7.5, which is my typical shoe size, in the normal width (B). My calf is 13.5 in circumference and these boots are perfect. I didn't want a boot too loose when worn with a skirt or too tight with jeans tucked in. These are perfect for both! They're the perfect style to go with a wide range of clothing, whether dressy or casual!
