This shoe is very cute and comfortable. It is hard to find a truly flat shoe that is so stylish and comfortable. The ring detail is great, and the padding in the heel is perfectly placed. I have to return these, though, because my wide foot is hanging off the outside of the foot bed. If I wish I could just duct tape my fat foot down so that I could wear these shoes, they're that cute. I typically wear an 8.5 C, but they were out of that size so I ordered a 9 C. The length is a little long (as expected), so it seems these run true to size. The width across the toe is good and the heel strap fits comfortably, my foot is just too fat!

I have a narrow foot, so I ordered the shoe in narrow. It is really too narrow for my foot in the toe area. I would say that this shoe runs narrower than most narrow sizes.

These shoes are so pretty and versatile! I wear a size 11 and this shoe is very flattering even on my long feet. One of my favorite pairs of shoes ever.

I am really pleased with these sandals. Having a narrow foot, I have had to return many pairs of shoes, but these actually fit and feel good. Am debating on a second color. Love Zappos as a company. The free shipping will get me every time. Thanks.

These are attractive; however, they are overpriced considering they are all man-made material. Once the ankle strap is buckled, it pulls the instep strap where it does not fit neatly across the foot, but gaps and looks unattractive. Sending back.

I am 73 years old and have a real hard time finding shoes to fit me - I wear 3.5 - 4 medium. I was in need of a pair of sandals for a trip and found these online at Zappos. When received, found they fit perfectly and very comfortable. Zappos quick on the confirm and on the shipment. Won't forget them.

I bought these for my 13 year old daughter who has a very hard foot to fit. She has a wide foot with a high arch. She loved them. Very comfortable and the wide did fit a wide foot. I tried them on too and they are very comfortable.

Thought I'd finally found non-thong, non-toe-ring white sandals that are actually cute. I liked these so well on the website that I also ordered them in red; unfortunately, I'm still looking. Should've paid more attention to the person who noted that the top strap of the "T" gaps and doesn't lie flat against the foot (I'm surprised that noone at Naturalizer realized the problem: the vertical part of the "T" is too short to prevent pulling, and the stiff material can't adapt). Also, because the material is so stiff the wide front band is not particularly comfortable. I could probably have dealt with that, but the ill-fitting strap was the dealbreaker. I'm returning these even though I wanted so much to be able to keep them. On a more positive note, I totally love dealing with Zappos - their super-fast delivery and "consumer service" actually is consumer oriented.

The instep and heel straps are fixed in such a way that no adjustment for foot comfort is possible. They are way too 'high' for them ever to fit a narrow foot. Very disappointing!

I purchased a 6w and found them to be too narrow for my feet. I kept them because they are overall pretty comfortable even though I hang off the sides a bit. In all fairness I am really a 5.5WW, but can rarely get that size. I have very wide feet with extremely high arches. I also have neuromas, so if I say they are comfortable that is a rare thing.

I am most comfortable wearing walking shoes with custom orthotics. Although these sandals do not give the same support as the orthotics, they are the most comfortable sandals I own. I feel they are also stylish and I plan on buying the same pair in black.
