I just received these shoes and couldn't be happier! They are the perfect heel height for work slenderizing to my legs while not making us taller gals tower over everyone. They were fairly comfortable right out of the box. They will be great after a couple of wears.

There was a lot to like about this shoe - good heel height for all day at the office and generally good fit. But, the end of the short vamp dug into bunions on both feet! Too bad they have to go back for that reason.

I really wanted to keep these shoes but they were super uncomfortable. The material cut into the top of my foot terribly. I couldn't even walk around in them and I ordered wider than usual due to previous reviews.

I love the style of the shoe and the fact that it is the perfect height for me! They fit well, but I did have to break them in a bit before wearing them for a long period of time. Definitely recommend these shoes!

These are nicely styled shoes, with comfy 2 3/8 heels. When I first bought them in 9 WW, they were so long, I could slip almost two fingers at the back. A size 8 1/2 WW was so tight I could barely fit the right shoe. My left foot is shorter than my right, but the left shoe fitted snugly. With both shoes, the vamp painfully dug into my feet. Perhaps I needed a size 8 3/4, which Naturalizer don't offer. (I've found I need a Size 8 3/4 in other Natualizer styles.) Also, the leather on the size 8 1/2 didn't look as rich as the size 9. It looked cheap and the navy color had a slight grey tint. Maybe Naturalizer has quality control problems, which is unfortunate, since Naturalizer is one of my favorite brands. All in all, I was disappointed with these shoes and with Naturalizer. But I won't discourage you from trying these shoes. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

These shoes were very nice and pretty comfortable. The only reason I decided not to keep them is that they weren't as comfortable as another pair I ordered. I liked them, overall. They were comfy, cute, and well-made.

Lovely shoe but it didn't seem to fit well. I ordered both a 6 WW and 6.5 WW and ultimately returned the 6 WW because it felt a a little too short. My heel slipped a tiny bit in the 6.5 WW but I needed a pair of heels for the occasion so I put in one of those anti-slip heel pads. After wearing them for a few hours, my feet hurt all over. I think there just wasn't enough shoe material around my feet. I'm disappointed because they look really cute on me!

This is a beautiful feminine heel with some modicum of comfort. It allows a little toe cleavage. It's flexible, has a bit of padding at the ball of the foot.

The shoe's material stretches out - and the shoe became unwearable after the first use. I do not recommend this style and material.

These are the most comfortable pair of beautiful, classic, black pumps I have ever worn. It's hard to find shoes that fit my small feet as I can range from a size 4 to a 5, (depending on the brand and style of the shoes), and these fit right out of the box (added heel grips for extra grip). There's plenty of room in the toe box. No slippage and no squished toes! Ideal and comfortable heel height, elongates your legs. Wore them for 5+ hours at the office the day I got them and 5 hours more that night with a little black dress. So versatile! Felt like a million bucks. :) Thanks, Zappos!

I have wide feet and I ordered this shoe in a WW. Unfortunately because of the cut of the shoe, they did not fit. They are cut low, right across the bone of my big toe - which is the widest part of my foot - which made them very uncomfortable. If they had been a couple centimeters higher, they would have fit.

This is the perfect pair of heels -- and, to be honest, the only comfortable pair that I've ever owned! They are classic pumps and the black leather is a gorgeous color (not too shiny, not at all dull). The heel is perfect, as it gives you a few inches and slenderizes your legs, but I can walk all day in these with no problems. It is well made and I would love to have them in more colors! They definitely run a 1/2 size too large, so I exchanged my pair of 10s for a pair of 9.5s.

These provide instant comfort! I have been looking for plain black low-heeled pumps for work and these shoes are perfect. Normally, I order half a size larger to make up for my wide feet, but their wide option feels great. I wish they had more colors.
