I entered 'leather' as part of my search options. This is the second pair of boots in one order that is faux leather. For the price, I expect real leather. I wish that the searches wouldn't pull up faux leather. Good thing I love the boots. They're very cute and comfortable. Pricey for fake leather though.

I really liked these booties but they seemed to run narrow, and I don't have a wide foot. I reordered in the wide because I liked them so much. Good for dress or casual with jeans. Zappos is the best.

I took a chance and bought these shoes to 'get out of my box.' I usually buy flat, good quality shoes and stick to it. But, I needed a little style to add to my everyday jeans. This was the ticket! These shoes/boots feel great and look great too. I have a very narrow foot and heel, so with these being a 'boot' style, I had no trouble with my heel slipping out. I bought a 9.5 narrow, and they worked for me. I love the moderate height to the heel. It makes the jeans look good! I bought a brown pair also!

I just love this shoe! I wear a size 4 and cute shoes that aren't too frumpy are hard to find. I bought it in taupe and am going to order it in the other colors also! It's very comfortable all day long and looks good with jeans as well as pants and skirts. It fits me great.

This is the first shoe I have bought online and I must say I am extremly happy with it. It was comfortable from day one to wear all day at work. The shoe looks and feels great.I got the wide width and it fits my foot perfectly.

Fantastic bootie. Comfortable, stylish, and perfect! I usually wear a 13 W, and while these are just a tad snug, they do the job for what I want them for.

Not sure why, but the left shoe was very loose, while the right shoe fit fine which is odd because my left foot is bigger than my right. I have narrow feet and even though this is a AA the heels on both slip. Unfortunately, I didn't really get a feel for this until I wore them to work.

I've had these since October, and they're already falling apart. The bottom of the heel has broken off, the bottom of the heel is peeling up, and they look horrible. For this price, I expect them to last more than 2 months!

This is a nice ankle boot. It feels slightly too big, but not enough to be a problem. Perfect for me to wear to work with trousers.

At a little over 5 feet, I absolutely love heels - and yes, I am fully aware that I am compensating. But it is hard to find a good heel to wear if your day involves 10 hours hiking around San Francisco on vacation. These booties were the perfect find. The heel is just high enough; the design is classic. The best part was the comfortable sole. It was cushiony and very flexible. After a full day of sight-seeing, my feet felt relaxed without that awful stiff feeling that you get after wearing heels all day. Since then, I have worn them with jeans, slacks and tights and they always look good. These are the perfect little black dress shoes that everyone wants: dress up, dress down, but always comfortable and stylish.

A great shoe overall. It is stylish and was comfortable from the first time I put it on. My only minor complaint is that, after lots of walking or stairs, the zipper begins to work its way down slightly. I probably check the zipper and pull it up 2-3 times a day. (It doesn't go all the way down, it's just no longer all the way up.) If it weren't for that, the shoe would get 5 stars.

These booties were very cute and sytlish. They were corect in length, and I have a wide foot, so my regular size is 9W, adn that is what I ordered. After an hour my feet hurt from the pressure the the ball of my foot at the bone. Unfortunate because they looked very cute!
