Great product. No ride up/slip down and stays in place. Easy flask in/out. May want to order 1 size larger as may people prefer to wear speed belt low on hips to prevent interference with breathing and to aid in flask removal/replacement.

Love this hydration pack. Small and not bulky like other products. Does not bounce at all. Can't go wrong with new and improved Nathan products. Price is better at Zappos than sporting goods stores and many other places.
Brands I'd also recommend: New Balance 1064 running shoes

Excellent quality but if you wear it on your hips, watch out...it is small and tight. Order up if you're going to wear it low.
