recommend Naot shoes to everyone - with the exception of these sandals. While the soles are excellent, both comfortable and supportive, the ankle strap is a nightmare. It cuts into the ankle and leaves blisters. Also a bit too Harley for me.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable, given its style and height. Very well made. I usually wear a 40, but needed a 41.

I love these shoes. They're very comfortable and so cute. I normally wear a 7 in sandals, and the 38 fits perfectly. The strap closest to my toes squishes my toes a tiny bit but it's not bothersome and I'm sure it will stretch. I got the dark brown color (espresso, I think it's called), and they're a deep rich brown just as pictured. They go with everything -- jeans, pants, skirts. Very close to perfect shoes!

Very comfortable and recieved compliments. Only negative is the strap around the ankle does not fit snug so they feel a little loose.

I adore Naots, and since having major foot surgery 9 months ago they are the only shoe I wear. I have a slightly narrow foot and fairly high arch and this shoe fills the bill. Also, have it in a metal color. It provides wonderful support and is very fashionable with pants or skirts. It will join my other 15 pair of Naots. Delivery from Zappos always exceeds expectations. Amazing company to do business with.

These Naot Valencia shoes are so comfortable, plus they look good. The ankle strap stretches so you get a really good fit. Zappos has the best customer service.
