This shoe is very comfortable. It is in a class of medium width shoes, but it is a bit wider than the others in its group. This is perfect for me because wide shoes are too wide, but this shoe accommodates my bunions and recently widened feet. I have a casual style overall, so I like the style for work, and I've gotten many compliments on them. My friends who wear 'cute' shoes all the time wouldn't wear them, but comfort for my plantar fasciitis and arthritic knee has become very important. The insoles are soft and mold to your foot. I love them!
I'd also recommend: Merrell Qform, Orthaheel, Born, Clark Privo

Been looking for quite some time for a low healed shoe and this Naot item has been just the right thing for a nice all round walking shoe.

Comfortable out of the box. Roomy toe area, for my Mortons neuroma, fits great every where, and looks good too.

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn to work! I live in the city and walk a lot - this is the first shoe I can wear all day long. Finally, I can say goodbye to wearing sneakers with my suit. Oh - they look really cute too!

Crushed that my orthotics would not fit into this shoe. Naot has taken purple and made it into a neutral, partly by pairing it with shiitake. Not as purple as it looks. Give it a try!
