I live in the southeast and have been looking for a transition shoe to wear when the weather is too cool for sandals but too warm for winter shoes. The Taranga fits that category perfectly. It is a very comfortable shoe, and the gray / black combo makes it very versatile. It looks great with jeans and casual slacks. I typically wear a size 8 and my usual Naot size of 39 fit perfectly.

I love Naot footwear...it's always so comfortable and this color is very neutral. I now have 4 pair of shoes by Naot.

Certainly not a fashion statement - in a good way, that is - the Naot Taranga is my go-to yoga, farmer's market, etc. flat. I wear a street shoe size 8, and bought size 39. Comfortable on concrete for long walks, the Taranga has great arch support and a comfortable amount of cushioning.

The canvas nubuck/pearl patent is a little darker in color than shown on my computer. Its a nice light beige color, and the patent leather adds zing. They're really cute shoes! The patent top strap has a nice bit of elastic near the side that adds a little stretch comfort to the top, so the patent isn't binding. It's very comfy, and as usual five stars for Zappos. I ordered on Sunday, they shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday, and I wore them all day Wednesday.

I just returned from Europe where I spent two weeks walking on cobble-stoned streets. These were the only shoes I took. Very comfortable but with a bit of style, they worked with both jeans and dressier trousers. On cooler days I wore them with medium-weight Smartwool socks. One caveat: I've worn Naot Matai for years and the Taranga seems to run a full size smaller, so consider that when ordering. Compared to Matai, these are a little "daintier" looking but just as comfy. They would work with skirts and tights whereas Matai was just too chunky for me to wear with skirts. These shoes are an investment for sure, but I consider it a wise one.
