These are my first pair of Naots so it could be that I just don't know what my true size with the brand is (I wear a US 7 and size down for El Naturalista) but my experience is the opposite of that of the other reviewers. I had to send the size 38 back and meant to exchange it for a 37.5 but the Raven was out of stock so I ordered the 36 instead. I was glad I did as they fit me perfectly! The heels are a bit higher than what I usually wear but when I saw them I just knew I had to have them. I've been meaning to try out the brand out for a while anyway, what better way that with such a stylish pair. Oh, they're very comfortable.

Great shoes! Beautiful, high quality. They run a half-size large. I had to return my usual 8.5 for a 9 but the 9 fits great. Like them so much I ordered them in black after buying the tan.

These run small. I usually wear a 38 in sandals, a 39 in closed shoes, but these shoes in 39 are tight in both directions (width and length).

I loved almost everything about these shoes - beautifully made, the best arch support I've ever felt in a heel, great style, and an adjustable instep (due to the oxford style). I was so sad to have to return these...but there simply isn't any room for my toes. The end of the shoe is tapered to the point of cruelty, overriding the rest of its wonderful attributes. Definitely not a "medium" width shoe.

Living in NYC I walk a lot, and so I need shoes that are comfortable for walking, but that are stylish too. This was one of the few walking shoes with mid-height heels that I could find in tan or camel, and the only one that fit. It is extremely comfortable, with good support, yet looks dainty on my feet.
