I am revising my review of this shoe, and giving it 5 stars. Zappos did get another pair in my size in the grey, and sent them to me at lightning speed. I now have matching (same size) toe caps. It bears repeating. Zappos is #1. Other online retailers do not come close. By the way, this shoe is sized as a Narrow to Medium width, I wear a 10 medium and they fit very comfortably. I like this shoe so much I would love to have it in the purple color. We'll see.

I have a wide foot with a fairly high arch, making it difficult to find a style that comes up high on the foot I can wear. When I saw these in the gray combo, they looked so classy I thought it worth a try. By the time I added the one and only in-stock pair to to my cart, they were gone. As soon as my size (40) became available, I checked the Website and then saw the wine/violet combination. Since there was only one pair of each color in my size, I ordered both pair. The wine/violet is gorgeous. Think burgundy/claret colored - a luxurious looking nubuck suede and matching patent, a neutral color that will go with golds, camels, fall greens, browns, taupes. An added bonus - the thoughtful velcro fastener that holds the upper portion in place rather than elasticizing both sides. Makes it very easy to put on the shoes. The fit is true to my other Naots. The only problem I'm having is whether to keep both the wine/violet and the gray.

This is my very first review on Zappos although I have been shopping here for a couple of years. The shipping is outstanding..always quick and reliable. I have been looking for a stylish shoe and extremely comfortable shoe to walk around London and Paris this summer. This shoe would have been perfect but for my tiny foot was a full size too big. I recommend sizing down. My quest continues.

These are beautiful, beautiful shoes but there are problems. One pair ordered through Zappos has insoles that do not fit the same in each foot. Another pair, ordered from a different vendor, have consistent insole fit but the same toe cap size-difference problem described by another reviewer. I am returning both pairs and waiting for my size to become available again through Zappos, but I will be asking that the toe caps be checked for consistency before the shoes are shipped.

Nice looking and very comfortable. The toe cap adds a kick of style. I didn't have any quality problems that other reviewers mentioned. My feet are slightly wider in front and the toe box worked for me --39 fit me and I usually order a 39 or 40 depending on shoe. (When my toes aren't being deformed into a ridiculous pointy toe box, 39 is my typical size.) I highly recommend these shoes. They'll work with pants or dresses.

I have a narrow foot, but Naot shoes usually work for me. This is very uncomfortable at the heel and feels stiff when trying to walk. I have many Naot shoes and they are always my go to travel shoes. These do not match up!

Wow! The picture does not do this shoe (the wine color) justice. It is beautiful. I felt like Cinderella when I put this on. I stood up to walk around and...Ouch, ouch, ouch! Unfortunately, the toe box was too narrow and the shoe overall was too short. It seems as if Naot is sizing down their shoes. I have a pair of the Naot Pleasure, which I bought a few years ago and they fit perfectly out of the box. Alas, I had to return this shoe and will look on with envy as other women walk by with this on.

I found the NAOT Radical to run just a bit short in the length as compared to other NAOT models I own. The shoe is GORGEOUS!! The suede-ing and contrasting patent leather is an awesome look. The fit is like a glove along the sides and heel. And what a perfect height for the heel...not too tall, not too short. A great shoe. I'd recommended ordering a half size larger if that option is available.

A beautiful, well-made shoe, but alas, it's too narrow for me. I wish more shoe manufacturers would offer C or D widths. Even though it's a dressy shoe, inside it looks like a walking shoe. The rubber sole and heel look like they'd be comfy, too. I'm leaving the rating at 5 stars even though I can't really say how well they'd work had they fit.

These are stylish and comfortable. I love how the footbed conformed to my foot on the first day. I cannot wear a super high heel. The height of this heel is perfect!
