Naot Rachel. These sandals are beautiful and super comfortable, however they run a half size small and are a bit narrow. I ordered the tan in my regular European size 40 (American size 9-9 1/2), but they were too small, my big toes were sticking out about half an inch and the width was a little snug for my normal to narrow foot. I tried to exchange them for a size 41, but Zappos didn't have any more in stock. What a bummer because I really liked the sandals.

Naot Footwear's Rachel- Black- BOO HOO! This is a really cute shoe! Comfortable and I love the heel as I was looking for a feminine shoe for summer. BUT it felt a half a size smaller and it runs narrow. I have medium to wide feet. I usually have no problem wearing regular widths but this one is narrow. What a shame...

Love This Sandal - Feminine with incredible comfort. I wear a 9m and this shoe was perfect for me. The arch support is better than ever. Loved it so much, I have ordered another one.

Most comfortable sandals ever! These are great shoes. Unlike previous reviewers I feel they are exactly to my size (8 medium, 39 European). I had several Naot sandals in the past. They are made so nicely that you basically put them on your foot and do not take them off all summer. First day is usually difficult, but then they become exactly the shape of your foot. Usually Naot sandals are very orthopedic, but the looks could be better. These ones are also cute. But get the black color. I originally ordered tan and it was very dull, so I exchanged for black which is very nice.

Another Naot winner - Once again Naot has put comfort and style together to produce a fantastic shoe. I wear only Naot shoes--from casual to dressy. This shoe fits all criteria.

Naot Rachel - Very cute and comfortable. I had 2 foot surgeries recently and needed something that looked good and was healthy for my feet. Saw them in J Jill but they were so backordered so I tried Zappos, and here they are!

Great shoe - Like the other Naot's I've worn, this one is really comfortable, and has become more comfortable over time as the sole molds to my feet. The foot bed in this particular style seems to be quite a bit narrower than the other Naot's I have. I had to return the first pair (thanks for the free return shipping!) to get a larger pair, primarily because of the narrow width.

Comfortable stylish walker - I love this shoe...It seemed a bit narrower than my other pair of Naot’s, but seems to be loosening up with wear. My only wish is that it was a bit darker black. It is very matte, sort of a dusty grey/black, but with comfort like this, I know it won't stop me from wearing them!

Very comfortable - These are very comfortable shoes, soft foot bed, and well made. The Brit Tan is darker than it looks on the screen, though. The center loop of leather tends to move around...so be prepared to adjust it once in awhile.

In love with Naot's Rachel. I love, love, love these sandals; they are the most comfortable summer shoes I own. I fell in love with these sandals a few months ago when I ordered the British tan in my European size 40 (American size 9-9 1/2) but was very disappointed when they didn't fit (they were too small). I tried to exchange them for a size 41 but Zappos didn't any more in stock and they told me that they would notify me when they become available. Sure enough, after a few weeks I was able to order the size 41 and thanks to Zappos free speedy delivery, these adorable sandals arrived at my door in less than 24 hours. They fit perfect! I've been wearing them every day & have gotten many compliments. I love them so much that I'm actually thinking about ordering the black ones. Zappos customer service is the best!

Stellar - I get so many compliments on these shoes; people think they are "pretty", I think they fit so well and support my feet in a great way...very comfy. After two foot surgeries it is hard to find comfy shoes.

Great style and comfort combined - Unlike many comfort shoes, these are not "clunky" looking. They're so nice-looking, in fact, that my 17-year-old daughter "borrowed" them a few times. She likes them so much that I told her I'd buy an identical pair so both of us could have them. I plan to bring them on my European trip.

Just perfect... A truly fabulous shoe. Very lightweight and easy to walk in for the entire day. I have multiple foot problems and normally wear orthotics but this sandal fills the bill. I am so happy to have a pretty and comfy sandal. I am a 9.5 and ordered a 40 and 41, but the 41 fit better and it says it fits a 10.5. The ankle strap is perfect for those with a narrow instep since it adjusts easily. I wish they had more colors!

Rachel LOVE - My shoes arrived promptly and were comfortable from the moment I put them on. The next day we were off to Monterey for a week. My new shoes took me everywhere in complete comfort. I give them an A+ and an A+ to Zappos!

Just ok for Naot - The fit is accurate. The height/slope is not as great as it appears in the photo, which I had wanted as I find that more comfortable. I'm also not crazy about the elastic band on the back strap b/c I think it will wear out. And they're not the most comfortable Naots I've worn, but maybe they'll break in well and be more comfortable.

Cute and Comfy - I bought this shoe because it looked cute and other Naot shoes have worked well for my narrow feet. Overall, I like the shoe a lot but it’s not quite as narrow as I would have liked so the part around the toes is a little loose. In reality though it’s probably true to width since my feet are very narrow.

Best Sandal EVER!! This sandal feels better than being barefoot! So lightweight that I didn't believe there were actually shoes inside the box that was shipped. I have fairly narrow feet, and this sandal was the perfect width. However, I normally where a 10.5 in Women's and I had to get the 42 (Women's 11) in order for it to fit properly. I couldn't recommend these shoes more...a great investment!
