I bought a pair of Naot Trendy in size 39 and they were comfortable the first time I put them on. I can wear them a full day of work, sometimes 8+ hours, without any problem. I just received the Naot Perfect and they seem to run more narrow than Trendy and will have to go back. It's such a pretty shoe, I'm so disappointed that they pinch my toes.

The shoes are very comfortable but shape of toe box and angle of strap were not flattering for my foot.

This is an amazingly comfortable shoe. I first bought a Noat last December. They are stylish and as comfortable as sneakers. I can walk and work with them all day and still not have my feet hurt. I have plantar fasciitis so the heel height is perfect for me and the platform makes it really comfortable. I just wish that there were more colors available, something in Nude or gray.

Excellent, cute, and comfortable shoe! I have foot issues (bunions on both feet, both sides), and needed a cute work shoe that wouldn't have me limping away into a corner to take them off - this shoe was the ticket! Looks professional, and the wedge up front helps offset the heel. I was able to wear these shoes all day without issue. The price is high, but well worth it if you have any foot issues and need a cute/professional looking solution. Toe box must be a little wide, since it accommodated my hooves - otherwise, sizing felt correct.

I don't have a narrow foot, so finding comfortable shoes is difficult. Also have long toes. I don't tolerate heels. Very comfortable shoe. Able to walk in it all day at work. Good cushioning. Good height and comfortable heel with platform. Non slippery sole. Quiet heel.
