Very pretty shoe and nicely made but way too roomy. I ordered an 8 which I usually wear in all Naot, and it was like an 8.5. It's too sloppy when I walked in it, even after putting on socks. Sadly it went back, and as there are only whole sizes not half sizes I returned it.
Brands I'd also recommend: Born, Keen, Camper, Reiker, Jambu

I wear a 6 or 6.5. I usually get a 37 however these were way too big. I don't think the toe box will accommodate the orthotics I have on order. I think they would be lovely on a bigger foot.

These shoes are absolutely amazing! They took a couple of days to break in, but I love them. My sister tried them on at Christmas and immediately wanted to know where I got them. Zappos is the best! And so are Naots!

I've developed foot problems in the last year and haven't been able to wear most of my shoes. I was quite desperate in April for some footgear I could wear on an upcoming trip to Russia as I knew lots of walking was involved. Zappos came to the rescue, I was able to both order and send back shoes until I found the right fit... this turned out to be Naot shoes in the 'Shell' collection which runs medium-wide with a large toe box. I ended up buying 3 pairs from this collection of which one was the Nuovo in black. Unlike the other 2 pair I bought these were stiff so I tried breaking these in before leaving, and although I wore them quite a bit I did end up with a blister on the side of one foot because they are a little bit narrower in the toe box than the other 2 pair I bought. I sprayed them before I left which protected them from scuffing and they look as good now as they did out of the box. I love the look of these shoes, they're very attractive, not at all clunky, and for me they would have been perfect if I'd had a little more time to break them in.
