I was suffering from a nasty case of plantar fasciitis while on vacation in Santa Fe. I literally could not put any weight on my foot when I looked up and saw a shoe store. I went in to see if there was anything I could get to relieve the pain. The salesperson put me in a pair of Naot Ivys, and I was healed or should I say heeled! These are my "go to" shoes pain or no pain. They are amazingly comfortable and because of the elastic, fit my narrow AA foot. Thanks to Zappos, I don't have to hunt them down locally, pay sales tax or burn gas.

BBW? Lovely shoe, nice-looking. I'm between a medium and wide, and this accommodates well, is very snug on my foot. Elastic bands hold the foot firmly but are not too tight. No pain! I have a bunion and a former broken toe bone, plus bad arches and misplaced toe bones -- so this is lovely, and so far has stayed comfortable and walkable after an hour or two, haven't walked longer than that on them yet. Highly recommended for both style and comfort/walk-ability.

I'm a little disappointed with this style. Naot is usually very comfortable but this style doesn't fit my foot as well. I'm probably the only one who notices it but it tends to gap a bit on the side with the elastic. I like the platinum color.

If you have foot problems do not settle for any other brand. Naot and Finn Comfort are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn, and I buy them as often as I can afford them. They last forever if you can keep them out of the reach of your dachshunds.
I'd also recommend: Finn Comfort

These are my most comfortable Naot shoes ever. The 39 fits my size 8 to 8.5 foot perfectly, which all Naot shoes don't do. I originally got Naot shoes because I had plantar fasciitis and they really relieved my pain.
