Gorgeous and attractive boot, true sizing, but unfortunately the soles were so slippery that these boots simply weren't practical for the winter just ahead. The plastic material that the soles are made of would give no traction. Incidentally, the brown color is so dark that these boots almost appear black. I had to return these - for this price, I need boots that provide me with greater stability on wet or slick surfaces.
Brands I'd also recommend: Born, Clarks

This is a very cheaply made and light-weight boot. I'm very disappointed in it, the edge of the cuff is hard, and the leather is terrible quality. Going back!

Amazingly comfy, lightweight, elegant, beautiful right out of the box ankle boots. Hesitated after negative reviews, but these are beautifully made & sturdy. The comfort is incredible - have had Naots before, but these have a much softer inner sole & outstanding arch support. I love the shock absorption of the platform & heel. These are great for rainy climate too. The lines remind me of Victorian high button shoes.
