This is the third time I've purchased a new footbed - this time for my mother's shoes. I love Naot's - they are the only shoes I wear. Since I wear them all the time, eventually the footbed wears out. It's great that for a small price I can get a new footbed and the shoe feels like new! Naot's are the best and I recommend them to everyone!

I have never interfaced with a company as accommodating, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable about their products as Zappos. I'm afraid that they've set the bar too high for most. Anyone who answers the phone sounds like chief stockholder and CEO of the company. So very efficient and professional and pleasant. Thank you.

Love these! Talk about a fresh new feel to my old sandals....these make them feel like new Naots. Note that they only work with Naots....I returned the first pair I ordered as I realized the brown color would do what my original Naots did and turn the bottom of my feet brown...so I ordered the gray pair and I will not have that problem.

I love these insoles. I even bought them to use in shoes that are not made by NAOT since they are so comfortable.

I wore and loved my Naot shoes so much that I finally needed a replacement insole and ordered these last month. They fit perfectly into my shoes and make them feel brand new again. Now, if they only made replacement laces!
