I received my boots today from Zappos. I love it since I just ordered them 24 hours ago. Who does that? Zappos does! I absolutely love these boots. They are adorable and I cannot wait to wear them (although it is snowing today so I will hold off for now). I already have the Naot Illusion Boots in the same size and so I knew they would fit me perfectly since they are basically the same style boots. I wear my Illusions all the time and I have bought different boots in black and my feet are so unhappy at the end of the day. The only thing with these are they run just a bit narrow but they break in just fine. They do not even hurt at first but they stretch to pure perfection. Thank you so much Naot and Zappos!

These boots are a wonderful combination of function and fashion. The foot bed is very warm, comfortable, and decent in snow for everyday wear. I live in a snowy climate and will get a lot of use out of these. If I were in a warmer climate I would probably get a more "fashion" boot instead. Very comfortable to wear all day.
I'd also recommend: dansko, pinkolinos

Very cute and comfortable, got so many compliments the first day I wore it. Naot has been my favorite shoes and I have owned more than five pairs. These boots are pricey but worth it in my opinion as it's do hard to find winter boots in heels and also so comfortable. No breaking at all. I typically wear 6.5 and 37 in these are perfect for me.

This is a medium-narrow boot as described in info. I normally wear 39 in Naot, have the Precious boot in a 39, but it was not available and so ordered the 40. It will work with a thicker sock. I have average width feet. As always, Naot's superb quality, and cork and latex footbed with arch support. It is quiet on hard floors, flexible, more comfortable than most other boots on the market. As far as looks, it is beautiful and unique with the cutout pattern, but muted enough that I think it won't clash with your clothes. The leather is soft. My only cons were the ankle was a bit big, and the price is steep. But I think it is worth it. It will be the boot you reach for the most because the comfort is amazing.

This runs one size small. I got an 11 but normally wear a 10. It's very pretty. I'm not sure it's worth all that money for the quality. The look is very unique and expensive.
