Shiny black (but not patent or cheap looking), these boots are a stunner. They're amazingly comfortable (I've had back surgery) and the arch support is unlike others I've found in a comfort book - perfect. Enjoy these with a dress or jeans - expect a lot of compliments! I agree with the other reviewer that the toe box is a bit snug and the only way to get around that is to order a size larger (they don't come in half sizes).

Absolutely love these boots. They have the Naot comfort, look really expensive, are easy to get in and out of and they accomodate a larger calf. I can wear them dressed up or down and they look fabulous.

Love the comfort of Naot's but I tried this boot on and it is way too baggy in the ankles. Alas, had to send them back and continue my search for the perfect boot for my difficult feet.

Love these!! Perfect heel height for those gals who need a heel, but still stable enough for walking on ice. Great looking boots....love the classy (not trashy) patent leather. Fit true to size and width. I get LOTS of compliments when I wear these.

Very comfortable. Very pretty. As always. I have a pair in 38 and ordered this in 39 and I think that despite some initial tightness with the 38 it was better to go with the 38 and break it in than start with something slightly larger. I have size 8.5 narrow feet. Hope this is helpful to anyone trying to decide what size.

Naot feel in a boot! I've been wearing this boot frequently since November. It is warm-lined and stable, though I avoid exposing it to wet or salted surfaces for fear of ruining the lovely finish. The tips of the toes have gotten scuffed several times, but they look fine when polished with regular dark brown creme polish I got from a shoe repair shop and buffed a little. They are on the dressy side, best worn with wide skirts that cover part of the shaft or trousers worn outside.

I am very pleased with these boots. My second pair of Naot boots. I can work all day in them or play in the band at night and still be comfortable.

I didn't purchase with Zappos because they didn't have my size/color, but wanted to review. Very cute, lots of compliments, although I scuffed the patent leather of the toe at the 1st wearing. Shoe repair place made it good as new. Great with pants or skirts.

I have very large muscular calves and very small ankles so boots can be a challenge. Zappos was out of my size, so I ordered elsewhere. These boots are beautiful and comfortable. I sometimes have difficulty finding boots to accommodate my very muscular calf, but these were perfect in calf circumference. However, I had to return them, because rather than being fitted enough around the ankle, the leather was baggy there and formed folds. If you have thick ankles, like my daughter, you'll love these boots. They didn't work with my skinny ones.

I was really skeptical about buying boots online as I had tried on several in stores and couldn't find anything that fit, especially with the price being so much. I've never owned a pair of shoes or boots that expensive. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I have thick calves and these are a little tight around the top but are OK. I also have a narrow heel so I had to put some moleskin around the inside to keep my foot from slipping up. These are so comfortable! The footbed is nice and cushy and it has great arch support. I normally wear a size 7 or 7 1/2 depending on style so was a little uneasy about ordering the 38 (7) but it fits perfectly. I'm glad I didn't move a size up. The heel is not too high but high enough to wear with dress slacks or boots. Looks great either way!

Comfortable sole, beautiful quality but unfortunately the calf width wasn't wide enough on one leg.

I bought these boots last winter, have difficulty due to foot problems and larger calves. These boots are the best boots I have ever owned. Comfortable, versatile, and elegant. Intend to buy them in brown. I wear a 9 and bought a 40.

Gorgeous and comfortable boots, however, after only one wearing for approximately 4 hours the leather started rubbing off the toes on both boots. I would recommend looking at maybe another pair that doesn't have the crinkly leather finish. I am guessing that is the problem! I really wish they worked out! Have to give it a low rating because they are unwearable because of the finish coming off.
