- The leather-lined footbed is made of cork and latex, and molds to the shape of your foot with wear.

- The Avant-garde Collection features a 2" thermoplastic rubber sole, with a metal shank for stability.

Gorgeous, comfortable, stylish shoe/bootie! The brown is rich and beautiful. One of the best Naots yet. Runs a bit narrow but I think it will stretch out. I need a full toe box and I expect this to fit well. I like it so much I am thinking of buying the black, also. Love the comfort and style. Oh, and the leather is rich, supple, and high quality.

I have bought several pairs of Naot shoes and have been extremely happy. Unfortunately these shoes were very uncomfortable and I must return them. Also they were not worth the price.

Great looking shoe. Versatile, can be worn with both skirts and pants. The fit is great. Unfortunately, it comes a bit high on my right foot (broken ankle) and must return. This shoe is a great design. Take a look at it ladies.

First, let me say, Zappos, you are awesome! I ordered these shoes last night around 6:00 p.m. ET and they were on my porch this morning by 11 a.m. Every online vendor should follow your business and customer service models. Thank you. Secondly, these shoes are absolutely incredible. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever tried on - including my moccasins. Add to that, the truly unique style which plays equally well with both dresses/skirts and pants, and we have ourselves a winner!! Finally, I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 Medium, depending on the cut. I ordered these in size 38 and they are a perfect fit. I especially appreciate the wonderful padding/support in the footbed.

I cannot believe I found a brand that works with my plantars. These shoes were comfortable immediately and felt good on my feet. They are a mix between a shoe and a short boot. Great shoes!

NAOT shoes rock! I have had foot surgery and Naot has been a life saver. This shoe is very comfortable. I especially like the adjustable strap. If my foot swells during the afternoon I can loosen it a bit. It looks very nice on. And of course Zappo's is great!

These shoes are very comfortable and work appropriate. I tend to need a wide toe box, although I cannot wear a wide shoe, and these are perfect. I also have good luck with Merrell, Keen and Jambu, but since they tend to make casual styles, I needed something dressier for work, while still being able to walk 1-2 miles in.
