Nice looking shoes. Maybe a 1/2 size smaller than normal size for me. If you want to wear them with socks for walking, they may be too small. Tended to be somewhat less than a medium width. The cushioning on the top of the heel was too high for me. Unfortunately, I had to return them. A disappointment since I love the Naot comfort.

Excellent service. Shoes fit perfectly! I have a fairly narrow long foot, and the shoes are perfect! Wore 13 hrs first time and no blisters, discomfort at all. Perfect!

Definitely one of the more feminine, comfortable, low heels I\'ve found. Felt a tad bit too small (overall) though.

These shoes are really pretty and comfortable, too. The straps are a little more narrow than what I usually get with Naots, and that makes them look less clunky. I'm not sure how they will hold up compared to other Naots I own, guess I'll just have to see. They fit me great, just like my other Naots, which is typically slightly on the slimmer side of medium.

These are the first pair of Naot shoes I bought that weren't the more casual, more clunky style. They are just gorgeous. These are my new favorite pair of black sandals. Totally comfortable and wonderful to wear. They may not be quite as supportive as the clunkier style with the thicker soles, but they are so much cuter on my large size foot. I've since bought two other pair of Naots in a similar style, non-clunky with a heel about this height. The Naots tend to run a little narrow for me (and I think my foot width is average) but I notice it less on this style. The ankle strap keeps the shoes securely on my foot even when I have to do a lot of walking. I wear either 41 or 42 in most shoes. In Naots, I always take a 42. This pair fit perfectly in 42, so they seem to be true to size.

I love these shoes! I tried 4 other styles trying to find a dressy lower heel for an August wedding. I returned all the other shoes, but found these that matched the colors in my dress. I have knee problems but still want to wear classy looking shoes, even though it is getting harder to find them. These are awesome - perfect fit, comfortable, low heel and somewhat sexy on the foot! Perfect!

Very comfortable mid-heel sandal that's a cross between casual and dressy (more on the casual side). I brought these with me on a recent trip to Europe to wear at night when I needed a bit of a heel, but still needed a comfortable shoe to walk in, but I don't think these would be good for walking long distances. They run a little small. I wear an 8.5 in most brands, but a 40 in Naot fits me fine. The adjustable strap makes for a nice snug fit. I bought these in black and dark brown Croc. I tried the bronze/beige combo, but thought the cut of the leather looked a bit ragged so I returned them.

Tried on multiple pairs before I found these, and am very happy. I have a high instep, wide forefoot and narrow heel, and they fit my foot very well. Wore them to a wedding and they were still comfortable after many hours of standing and walking!

This is a very comfortable and stylish sandal. Perfect for work. The only problem I have experienced with it is that it will sometimes make a "whoopie cushion" sound because of the padding in the foot bed. It's great for comfort, but not so great due to the "sound effects."

This is a higher heel sandal than I would normally buy, however, based on the reviews I took a chance. They are surprisingly very comfortable & the style is attractive. I purchased the brown/bronze which is an attractive & versatile color combination. Initially, I thought that the bronze might be a bit much but it adds a nice touch of "pizzaz". This is not a sandal to use for multi-mile treks, however, I wear them during day & evening activities in great comfort. I purchased one size larger than my regular shoe size & I am glad that I did. I would recommend these to a friend.

Zappos is fabulous! I see a shoe and dont't have a clue if it fits. I order, try it on, and find returning it easier than driving it back to a store. Naots have been a favorite because they are consistant. I need a good arch and theirs has a metatarsal support with it. There is an extra pad under the ball of the foot. I appreciate these comfortabe shoes.There is also suade on the insole that keeps the foot from sliding forward. I reccomend them.

I'm very happy with this purchase! I was looking for a pair of simple black sandals that I could wear both casually and with a skirt, and these fit the bill. They're comfortable, too, and I love the convenience of the velcro strap. They're a little pricey, but I think they're worth it because they're very well-made. So far they still look brand-new even though I've worn them regularly for weeks of heavy city walking. They do run about a size large, though--I usually wear an 8, but the 9 (40) fit me perfectly.

Love Naot, but not this pair. The toe straps are too far down for me and show too much of my toes. Also, kind of slippery when testing on my kitchen tile. It's going back.

Love these shoes wore them last summer for work and out! Excited when I first found them as they were the first pair of shoes non ortho looking shoes I could wear, plus they had velcro for my arthritic hands. Received lots of compliments back to add the brown ones to my collection.
