I tried on the brown leather color and found it a bit tight on the heel, maybe a little short in length, but the suede ones were not tight and maybe 1/4" too long. Size 39. I don't care; They are so comfortable for my Morton's Neuroma foot, and actually quite cute.

This is a nice looking shoe to wear with jeans or dress pants, but the shoe was too narrow for my foot. I have other Naot shoes, which I love, but these I will be returning. Thanks Zappos for your excellent return policy and super fast shipping.

I love these shoes. A dozen years ago I ruptured a tendon in my foot. Recently I developed severe Achilles tendinitis despite years of physical therapy and custom orthotics. My podiatrist advised me to wear 2-inch heels for the first few months out of the cast. I hadn't worn heels in years and was reluctant to try. Naot's came to the rescue! I found these beautiful heels at Zappos. The arch support is very good and the height is perfect for my needs. These are comfortable for a full day on my feet and they look so good! I get compliments on them every time I wear them, even from my third graders. Thank you Zappos!

Width and length were fine but as others have said, the heel is too narrow and the lining/seam on the inner side is quite pronounced - painful even. Too bad because it is a good looking shoe.

Comfortable, gorgeous, versatile. What else could one want in a shoe? The colors are true to what the photo indicates. They are very comfortable with or without socks. Good arch support and padded footbed conforms to your foot making it even more comfy. I wear a 9M and this shoe was a perfect fit.

Beyond was my second pair of Naot footwear. I have since purchased a third pair from Zappos. I love these shoes! By far, the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I have received so many compliments for this particular pair. The colors are true to what is shown online and they are adaptable to varying shades of browns, grays, and spicy oranges. I was a little concerned that the nubuck leather would label them as "winter" shoes but they are so pretty, I don't care! I wear them every week and will continue to wear them throughout the summer months. They are gorgeous and they fit so incredibly well. Even better, I can wear them all day long and walk for long periods of time with no foot pain or back pain. I just feel so blessed to have found shoes that do not hurt my feet -- I never knew it was possible before I bought the Naot brand.

I love these shoes, but the sizing for size 35 not so accurate. I wear size 4. These run 4.5 - to 5. Sorry to return.

This is such a beautiful shoe; however, it is not worth the expensive price. My doctor recommended Naot shoes for my foot problems, but quite frankly, I don't think they are that great. They run very narrow and I have had to return many pairs due to the narrowness. If you are flat footed or have an over-pronation problem, these shoes are not for you. Although the color was extremely beautiful, the footbed was quite hard, and not comfortable at all. The footbed is not removable, and is, therefore, quite narrow. It is also not flat. It has a very pronounced lip that rolls upward under the footbed in the heel area to cup your foot, but as you put weight on it, it digs into your skin and is quite painful. Pain is not worth this price to me. I was very disappointed because I love the look of this shoe, but it had to be returned. Do not order unless you have a very narrow foot.

I love these shoes! I selected the metallic leather colors. The picture makes the colors look a lot brighter--actually, the shoe is very professional looking even with the metallic finish. I find that these are more comfortable than my favorite clogs! Great support even with the higher heel and open heel.

Dressy or casual these are very comfy, with or without a sock! I love them, they are really good looking. I am short with a size 39 shoe and very conscious about what I put on my feet - these taper nicely, but most of all so comfortable!

I've bought several pairs of Naot sandals and they are superb. I like these but they're somewhat narrow so I bought a size larger. I have to have room in the toe box due to arthritis. They look great.

Bought these to be my primary shoe on a month long trip to London and New York. On the plus side, they are incredibly comfortable, go with everything, and can be dressed up or down. On the negative side, the toe scuffs easily and the metallic on the toe is impossible to match. I'm using a bronze metallic cream to touch them up and given the design of the shoe, that's fine, but I miss the purplish metallic on the toe. Knocking one star off the rating for scuffing, but otherwise a great shoe.
