This is the first comfortable, "dressy" shoe that I have found in years. Because of a worn-out big toe joint on my left foot, I need a shoe that does not narrow down at the toe, and that is this shoe. I had to get a size 41 instead of my normal 40, but the fit is fine and very comfortable.

I purchased these shoes elsewhere I take a 39 in the sandals but this shoe runs short- unfortunately the retailer I bought from was unable to exchange them as he didn't have a 40. I called Naot thinking they might be able to accommodate me since the retailer was no longer a Naot distributor and the shoes were unworn. The long and short is that Naot was totally unhelpful they don't stand behind their product.It has made me reluctant to buy Naot shoes again you need to know that the shoe manufacturer backs up their shoes.Zappos will but in the extraordinary event that something goes wrong after a year be aware that Naot won't help they have no connection to the shoes once they are sold to the retailer.I like knowing that a product is fully backed by the manufacturer and Naot does not do this and I have been having very bad luck with their shoes nothing has been comfortable- the sandals work better for me but I am very disappointed in the brand- absolutely awful customer service from Naot.

I never write reviews, but reading other people's review of this shoe helped me, so it's time to do my part. This shoe is AWESOME. It is the only truly comfy dress shoe that's beautiful--and doesn't look orthopedic. It's true. Based on the reviews, I bought them, even with the steep price. I have a connective tissue disorder--I pronate severely, I have a hip and a knee replacement, and plantar fascia--but I'm 33. So, I want something cute and age-appropriate for work and going out. This is it! It accommodates my custom-orthotics, even without a removable insole. The wide strap provide extra support against pronation. And they look great--I was wearing them inside to try them, and my friend came over for dinner and said, sexy shoes! I gave style 4 out of 5 stars because I would prefer they made them in a smooth leather in addition to suede. I also bought the red ones. Great--but know they are more of a burgundy wine color than the red on the screen. That will actually make them more versatile, but but a brighter red would be awesome!

Rather clunky look. Wish they had half sizes. After reading the reviews, I ordered a 40 instead of my usual 39. Too big.

Beautiful shoes but I returned them because I needed the "red" color shown in the photo; in fact, they are wine/burgundy.
I'd also recommend: fidji

Lovely shoes. A bit quirky and clunky but very comfortable. I can wear them at work walking around all day. They look better with pants than skirts/dresses.

After reading other people's reviews, I was disappointed that these shoes hurt my feet. I was really hoping for the comfort others described. I have fibromyalgia, and it is very difficult to find comfortable dress shoes. I hope they provide comfort for others, but they hurt my feet right away especially on the inner toe. They may have been better if I could have stood to break them in and let the suede take more of the shape of my foot. I don't know. I was also disappointed that the strap is made with velcro. It really made the shoe feel less impressive and not worth the price. I really wanted to love this shoe, but unfortunately, I chose to return it and try something else.
