I've been looking for Converse in 'perfect' purple (my favorite shade, not too dark or light) and when I saw these seasonal Converse in Aster Purple I had to get them. I love these shoes. I find it difficult to find shoes that fit due to having small feet with a high arch. Converse are always comfortable to wear, straight out of the box. I am a big fan of these shoes. I even wore a pair of Converse (black sequined!) on my wedding day. One last thing, I've noticed some reviewers are saying that you should go between a half and a full size down from your normal size. If you have a wider foot, I find that your actual shoe size is perfect. I'm a US women's size 7, and I find the size 7 is perfect on me. I ordered these shoes on a Thursday night and I got them Saturday morning when shipping on my order was upgraded at no charge! Sensational customer service & shipping from Zappos means that when I'm looking for more Converse to add to my ever-growing collection that I'll be back here to buy the next pair. Thanks, Zappos! | |

Love these shoes! I own 6 pairs of Converse, and I love them all, but this is the most comfortable pair I own! Usually it takes weeks of wear for them to really break in, but these only took a few days before they were like a second pair of skin. | |

Great cute shoe, runs big. I just bought these shoes and thankfully I read the prior reviews. I am a womans 7.5 and ordered a womans 6.5. They fit well (with still a bit of wiggle room!). Cute, casual shoes. Love color (gray). Would recommend! | |

I purchased this shoe for my 14 year old daughter, who saw a friend wear it. The shoe came already laced, thank goodness, as there are many holes and the shoe strings are no doubt several yards long. The strings are elastic, so they remain tied and the young lady opts to slip the shoes on and off. She wears them daily to school, and they have become her favorite pair. They do run a bit large, but she doesn\'t seem to mind. | |

Stiff, hot, painful shoes. I took the advice of other reviewers and purchased a 12, as I usually fall somewhere between a 12 and 13. Unfortunately, the shoe is narrower than I had realized and should have bought the 13. Long story short, I say ignore this "buy a size down" thing. | |

My dad has been wearing "Chuck Taylors" since he was a little boy (he is now 60). It has been increasingly difficult to find the original white high top sneakers and that is the only one he will wear. Thanks to Zappos, not only is he happy, but it is incredibly easy to order and just have them delivered to him directly. What a fantastic company that makes life a little better! | |

These sneakers were purchased for my daughter as an everyday knock around shoe. They are true to size and very comfortable. My only complaint is an upturn in the front of the shoe. Other than that, it's a great everyday sneaker if you are not fashion conscious. | |

Converse Chuck Taylor\'s have been one of my favorite shoes since I was 15 yrs old. I usually wear a 9.5 Women\'s and have found that Chucks can run a half size larger, so I always order a Women\'s 9/ Men\'s 7 and they fit perfect every time. These arrived fast and were on my feet and I was out the door with no problems. I recommend changing lace color to add another dimension of personal flair. | |

I absolutely ove these shoes. I had a couple pairs when I was younger and I am thrilled that they are back in vogue. They look effortlessly cool with any outfit and are always super comfortable. Mine are the charcoal grey, and they are a more traditional grey than they look in the picture (they look like they have more brown undertones in the photo.) They do run a size large, I am a standard size 10 in everything and the size 9 (women's) fits me perfectly in these. Grab them in your favorite color and wear them everywhere! | |
