First of all the service received was nothing less than stellar and the folks I dealt with on the phone were more than helpful. Even more rewarding was the fact that I spoke with a real live human being not 30 minutes of listening to a voice recording, asking me to make selection after selection. These folks really know the meaning of customer service.
The product we ordered was a top quality product, and the only problem was that I did not follow the advice of others, and did not order the next whole size up. This was not a problem though because I was able to contact Zappos and they had an exchange on the way in no time at all.
From start to finish dealing with Zappos was a very pleasurable experience and I will definitely being doing a lot of my shopping with them in the future. | |

Be CAREFUL of size -
I love Zappos, and they get shoes to you super fast, but I think Heelys may be a little off in their sizing. I got these for my son for Christmas, I ordered them in a 5, which he is, and when they came they barely fit. He got them on, but he would have never been able to skate or walk in them. Just be aware that I think they should recommend that you order one size or at least a 1/2 size up. | |

I live in Minnesota and have a baby in daycare. Shoes aren't allowed in the baby room, so frequently it is the case that I am fully coated, hatted, and scarfed with a wriggling snow-suited baby in one hand and a diaper bag, purse, gloves, and car keys in the other. And no shoes on. These boots have been the perfect solution; they slip on hands-free - yet still keep my feet warm and dry in the snow. I highly recommend them, even if you don’t have a baby. | |

Excellent, attractive, and comfortable. This shoe goes well for any occassion. With the wheels, it has you ready for action and adventure. Without the wheels, you make a fashion statement as the latest and sharpest guy in town. No doubt this is a well built shoe for comfort and fashion. | |

Very nice shoe -
I bought 2 pairs for my grandsons and they love them. They are only 4 and 5 yrs. old so it took some getting used to but they love them and I love the quality. Very nice shoe and Zappos is the best co. to deal with -- very accommodating!

Could not ask for more -
My son was so excited when he got his shoes as a gift. I was amazed how fast they were shipped here and they fit perfectly. This was my first time ordering from your company and I was very impressed. I definitely will be back. It was great to shop online instead of going to the stores and dealing with all the headaches.

Adorable and pretty easy to learn -
Adorable styling. My son loves dragons so I paid the extra $5 for this style. He got them on Xmas and was Heeling around confidently by New Year's...He is 7. These shoes are great; because they make my son love to come to the grocery store with me (it has a great surface for heeling). Enjoy for your lil dragon.

Bought it for my 4/5 year-old nephew..
I bought this for my almost 5 nephew who wore them all day. The size was a little big as he normally wears a 12.5, but I think he will grow into it FAST like most kids.

We ordered these for our 7 year old daughter who wanted to buy them with her xmas $! She LOVES them, her 2nd pair, wears them everywhere. The style is so cute, well made; service was so great, shipped so fast, even to Hawaii! They do run small though so order at least a size larger than normal. Overall would highly rec. shoe and site! Great all around, you can't lose! | |

Our son wanted these for Christmas and of course we were last minute shoppers. I ordered on Zappos b/c they had the best price and it was delivered within 36 hours! Our son has had Heelys in the past and they are expensive, but from a quality perspective they held up so well to all his abuse. I was worried about the look of the skulls, but it's subtle. He is thrilled and loves his Heelys. | |

I bought these for my grandson and he loved them. He really loved the pattern on his Heelys. All he kept on saying was oh cool. Zappos was the greatest on getting them to me on time. My 5 year old loves these shoes! She hasn't quite learned how to Heely in them yet, but she has enough stability to keep from falling down, most of the time. The only complaint I've heard from her so far is that the laces aren't long enough for her to tie them using the "bunny ears" method. Overall, we love these shoes! | |
