The shoes were purchased for my granddaughter who lives in another city so I did not personally see the shoes. It was a birthday gift. I was very impressed with the fast service that was received in shipping the shoes. They were sent express mail with no addition charge. As a result, the shoes arrived timely for her birthday. My granddaughter (age 12) was very impressed with the shoes. She has had Zappos shoes before. The fit was good and she loved the color as she had chosen the particular shoe and style. This was my first experience in dealing with Zappos and I am very impressed with the company standards. Other members of my family have from time to time purchased products from Zappos and have always been impressed with both the service and product. | |

The little girl shoe for the big girl -
I ordered this shoe thinking it would be great fun when walking my dogs. Unfortunately there aren't enough reviews from adults so I didn't get a good sense for them. They would be really fun and amazing if my walk wasn't on paths that had divots. It is very difficult to use them when you don't have a very smooth surface to walk on. The idea is awesome but if I'm playing with the skate then they are VERY Uncomfortable. I got a size larger than I am and they are a little big but that is better than being small. The pink shoelaces are a bit much I'd pick a black or solid white pair next time. I'm glad I could try them and maybe I'll get used to the divots. :0)

My daughter loved these and they were a great price compared to stores. Easy to use, great fit, does run 1 size smaller than what you normally wear, but we ordered appropriately. Love the shoes.

Great Shoes -
We purchased the shoes for our 12 year old daughter to replace a pair she had outgrown. She loves them and the 2 wheels are great. I would suggest they create the "heels" to go in the holes and the shoe come with a wheel remover. We were OK because this is the 3rd pair of Heelys in our household. | |

I normally don't shop online, but after I watched your CEO (via web cam) on the Oprah Winfrey Show, I really got confidence that I would not have any problem if I didn't like what I purchased. The customer service care was excellent, I am very pleased with the shoe, too. I also would like to add to say thank you for advising on your web site to buy one size bigger than the normal size, it really helped to choose the size. | |

The Ninja series are my favorite -
I like the white and navy blue color combo Ninjas the best. For heavier adults, I highly recommend Mega wheels (I'm 200#). All Heelys are quite comfortable in my opinion...especially roomy in the toe box. I buy Heelys in the same size that I buy athletic shoes.

Super cool heelys -
Ordered these for my oldest daughter (9) and she loves them!!! Doesn't want to stop wearing them. She finds them much better than the original heelys. As far as look, they are super stylish and get many looks from other kids. Always asking where did you get those? Highly recommend for any child who loves to heely around.

This was a hit!
My son saved his money for a long time to get this shoe. It arrived in less than 24 hours from the time of order. It looks very cool. He practiced holding on to the store shopping cart a couple times and has mastered it! He can even do it in the house because the wheels don't leave marks. It is isn't comfortable for walking with the wheels in and requires a tool to take the wheels out. Buy a size bigger than normal shoe size. | |

Fun shoe -
Bought this shoe for my 7-year old and she loves it! She said it is very comfy & easy to use. They also have smaller wheels than her Heelys Glitz version so it doesn't look as bulky. It does run small so size up.

First of all the service received was nothing less than stellar and the folks I dealt with on the phone were more than helpful. Even more rewarding was the fact that I spoke with a real live human being not 30 minutes of listening to a voice recording, asking me to make selection after selection. These folks really know the meaning of customer service.
The product we ordered was a top quality product, and the only problem was that I did not follow the advice of others, and did not order the next whole size up. This was not a problem though because I was able to contact Zappos and they had an exchange on the way in no time at all.
From start to finish dealing with Zappos was a very pleasurable experience and I will definitely being doing a lot of my shopping with them in the future. | |

Be CAREFUL of size -
I love Zappos, and they get shoes to you super fast, but I think Heelys may be a little off in their sizing. I got these for my son for Christmas, I ordered them in a 5, which he is, and when they came they barely fit. He got them on, but he would have never been able to skate or walk in them. Just be aware that I think they should recommend that you order one size or at least a 1/2 size up. | |
