I didn't quite understand your sizing chart so I decided to place my order by phone. The customer service I received was outstanding. Your sales rep was professional and yet very friendly. She made me feel confident and at ease during the ordering process and was very accommodating. The Heelys arrived right on time and my granddaughter was thrilled. I think she would have slept in them if her mother would have let her! I bought the black/blue/teal ones for a lady friend. She loved them and said they were really comfortable even though they were a little sung on her wider feet. They look really cute; one of the best of the new styles, I think. The only negative is that the white flat laces were way too long. | |

The lighted wheel is powered by a generator in the wheel. Surprisingly, there is no noticeable drag due to the generator; they roll as fast as the clear Mega wheels normally do. The wheels can be used in any Mega model, but in this new shoe there are openings in the side of the heel to let more light out. When rolling slow, the lights actually blink, but at normal rolling speeds, the light appears constant. The light is blue, which is cool, but it has to be pretty dark for the light to be noticed by others. The shoe, in my size 11, seems to have a larger toe box than other Heelys (good for people with wider feet). I don't care for the view looking down from the top of the shoe, too much white which makes the toe look really huge. The shoe design itself is a bit unusual with the strap across the forefoot. Someone said, though, that they look like footwear that an astronaut would wear. I think they're right and now I like them better! The flat laces are way too long, also stretchy which makes them even longer when laced up snugly. The sole is more flat than most Heelys. Thus when I walk, the toe "slaps" on hard surfaces. The tongue is thin and not as cushy as most other Heelys. Also, they're not as comfortable as other Mega models primarily because they don't have a sculpted insole like all the other Heelys I have. In summary, the lighted wheel is great: it rolls fast and can be used in other Mega models. | |

I'll be turning 41 in a couple weeks. Call me crazy! Say I'm having a mid-life crisis! I don't care. I desperately wanted a pair of Heelys. And Zappos had them, even in a Size 11! At Zappos, shoe selection is amazing. Customer Service is second to none. I love Zappos, and I love my new Heelys. These Heelys are a top quality sneaker at a great price! They are comfortable and they glide. I'm not an expert on the Heelys yet, but they certainly made me feel like a kid again. Thank you to Heelys and Zappos! | |

Absolutely love these shoes! They look exactly like regular sneakers and they're not big and bulky like some of the others. I found the shoes to be true to size. I wear a 6 1/2, ordered a 6, and they fit perfectly. I would definitely suggest the "Fray" for any adults interested in buying a pair of Heelys. The color options go with just about everything and you don't look silly rolling around. Zappos had my order shipped immediately, free of charge! Thanks Zappos! You rock! | |

The Heelys are great. They actually fit well and do not rub up on the back of my feet. I wear a size 11 shoe and was concerned that the shoes would not fit, but they still had a little room to move around in without flopping off my feet. The shoe is stylish and doesn't appear to look as though it is a Heely. It's cute and fun! | |

Great shoe. I usually wear an 8.5 womens and ordered an 8. The shoes were too roomy for me and definitely felt more like a 9 to me. I guess you could wear really thick socks and they would be okay, but I found them too big. I like my shoes on the snug side, perhaps? On the other hand, Zappos was amazing. I originally ordered these from another site and they 1) sent me the wrong size and 2) it took forever to arrive, even though I paid extra for faster shipping. While Zappos cost slightly more, it is totally worth it! Zappos upgraded me to next day business at no extra cost. I got these in no time. I'm also a VIP member now! Yay! Unfortunately, while the shoes were too big, they just accepted my exchange and I have another pair on the way! They asked that I ship the shoes back within 2 weeks, because Zappos is so amazing I will definitely be making my way to the post office tomorrow morning before work. What a way to treat a customer! These shoes work out fantastically. Obviously they look like Converse All-Stars, so you can wear them as normal shoes as well. They are comfortable and fit my size 12 feet perfectly. You don't have to get a shoe size bigger. I also received them quickly. | |

Zappos.com has an amazing selection of shoes. I was having an incredibly difficult time finding the right pair of Heely's for my nephew, but then I came across Zappos. Zappos had a great selection of Heely's for all ages and the product was actually in stock (unlike other sites). I ordered the shoes and they arrived two days later with standard shipping! They also have a very easy and customer friendly return policy, but of course I did not need to use it. I am now a loyal, Zappos customer for life! | |

Great product! Happy to be able to find them in adult sizes AND styles that aren't embarrassing. The pictures don't really do them justice. These shoes aren't nearly as bulky as they look in the picture. I have a group of friends who all have a pair of Heelys, and, out of five styles, we all like these the best, which makes me a little sad...because we pitched in and ordered these for a friend and now we're jealous. | |

So far so good with my adult size Heelys. They definitely take a little getting used to - rolling around on wheels can be a bit scary at first. If you follow the tips they include in the box, you'll be just fine. The shoes are great - they look like regular shoes, but they're Heelys. :) They're heavier than I expected, but that's no big deal. I've also found I can only wear them for a few hours before my feet get tired from rolling around. Zappos was awesome with their service as well. Easy to navigate to the shoes I was looking for on the website, and then they gave me free overnight shipping, which was awesome.

These Heelys "ROCK", thank goodness they now come in adult sizes. The tennis shoe itself is very comfortable and stylish. Ordering them was easy and I got them earlier than anticipated. I will definitely place more orders. I ordered a pair for my boss who is a test rider for Transworld Motocross Magazine and he was besides himself with excitement. These shoes are great but RUN SMALL!! Size up, once maybe twice even. Well made, quality, comfortable. We got these for my daughter for her 7th birthday and she was wheeling around in no time. She hasn’t taken them off. Changing wheels to blanks is easy and quick. Love them. But seriously, SIZE UP. | |

My 10 year old loves these shoes!
I thought these shoes were kind of pricey; I only bought them because he needed them for a play he is in. But the enjoyment he has gotten from these shoes is well worth the money (aside from the fact he needed them for the play). It took him a few days to get the hang of them, but then he was skating around with ease. He has to exchange the wheels for the plugs when he goes to school or in some places, but he still enjoys them. | |

Really like this shoe. Bought them for my granddaughter. She wears a size 1-1 1/2 shoe right now. I ordered a size 2 but was sent a size 3. I thought they would be too big and I would have to send them back, but they fit perfectly. They are well padded and very well made. Very pleased with this shoe. Thanks!

Harder than they look -
I am very happy with the look of these shoes. They're definitely "skater girl". I ordered a size 9 (normally an 8 1/2) and they fit just fine. They're a lot to skate on then I thought they'd be!
