I am in a wheelchair, due to MS. During the normal day, my feet swell a lot. I needed a tie shoe that was large enough and would stay on while I transferred from my chair to the car. I had never bought shoes from Zappos before, but I heard they were a good, reliable company. I found the shoe I needed in the size I needed. I ordered. Shopping at Zappos.com is so convenient especially when gasoline is $4.00/gal these days. I wear a 13 4E/5E depending on the type of footwear. Most stores do not carry my size which has been a waste of my time and energy until now. Free shipping going & coming 365 days a year is the best you can get these days.
