Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful. I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I want to personally thank all of you for sending my shoes standard overnight, even though I opted for UPS ground shipping. I only had one pair of black oxfords and they became unglued after doing some yard work. I have black jeans and clothes to wear them with, and needed these shoes very badly. My sister was dismissed from her job two months ago and I have been paying all of the house bills and mortgage by myself, and did not have the extra money for an overnight shipment, so thank you for going 50 extra miles and doing that for me. To the Zappos work staff: Just allow me to say you are the epitome of legendary customer service make-my-day amazing. I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services. Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done. Thanks again, Kirsten O.

Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much! Julie M.

Thank you very much... I just went to the door and there were my beautiful new blue slides. I can't believe I received them less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Service, service, service. Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply Zappos philosophy!!! You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I wanted to call and commend you on the customer service I received and how thrilled I was to find Zappos. I will definitely be ordering again and again. The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip.
