I don't write too many thank you letters, but I wanted to take the time to tell you thank you for the great customer service I have had with Zappos. I am currently serving overseas and I had placed an order for some shoes about a year ago when we first arrived here. It is now about time that we return to our families and I ordered another pair from you to replace the worn out pair I have abused over the past year. I messed up the shipping address and contacted your company. The person that helped me changed the shipping address and also upgraded my account to the VIP account. I was so impressed that I ordered another pair for my wife and she received them the next day. She was shocked. Thank you for everything. You had a great write up on the Fast Company site and I wish your company the best of luck well into the future. As much as I thought I would never feel comfortable ordering shoes online, your company has changed my mind set and I doubt I will ever get my shoes in a brick and mortar store again. You have earned customers for life when it comes to our family.
