Very beautiful, but...
These shoes are extremely nice looking and weightless, but the vamp is cut very high and way over to the inside of the shoe. Found the shoe very narrow. Although I have bunions, I can usually compensate by getting half size larger. Did not work in this case and had to send them back (Zappos credited me right away.) But if you don't have my problem, you'll probably love these!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
