Thanks heaps for my replacement shoes (the ones I returned today had a defect). Can't believe I had them today - within 24 hours - as though I had ordered them from the corner grocer! Bravo! They fit beautifully and are super comfortable. Your promptness is phenomenal. I sent the return via UPS this morning. This was lots easier than going to the mall - where they don't have my size anyway! As long as I may need shoes, I'll be back. Joe C.
