Written by Zappos employees who share what the company culture means to them - how they live Zappos' core values, how they're empowered to do and be their best, and how they engage in "serious fun." There aren't many companies like Zappos whose employees truly love their workplace. A beautifully designed book, as uplifting and inspirational as previous editions of Zappos Culture Book. Seriously, this should be mandatory reading in every business, MBA, and leadership class.

Very insightful book. A true look at the internal dynamics that exist at Zappos. And evidence of how great a company it actually is. Hardcover binding with high quality, color interior pages.

Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University. Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback. THANK YOU ZAPPOS! BTW - Morgan is doing great! Go Bucks!
