love these shoes! I have them in black and green kid. But Zappos had terrible service! I ordered the black kid and they sent me satin! What was I supposed to do with satin shoes!!! I had to send them back and then they didnt have the black kid in my size. So, I had to look around the BCBG stores in my area and sure enough I was lucky to find them.

Gorgeous shoes, very uncomfortable -
They're very elegant and sexy if you don't intend to do much walking. The narrow heel kept getting stuck anywhere with the smallest, tiniest cracks in a sidewalk. The straps did not want to stay put at all.

I love this shoe! It's so hot and can't beat the price! If you are in between sizes like me (I'm sometimes a 7 sometimes 7 1/2) definitely go for the bigger size. I could've even gone for an 8, but decided to keep them anyway, because I can't wait to wear 'em!

My new favorite shoe -
I found these on zappos after trying them on in a department store--the store didn't have my size, but I really wanted them (in black kid).
The shoes are pretty comfortable considering the height of the heel. I love them, my boyfriend loves them, everyone thinks they're pretty hot.
Plus, I had a great experience ordering them from zappos. They came quickly, the shoes were in excellent condition, etc.

I bought this shoe in coral leather for a wedding. Even though the heel is high I didn't feel off-balance and I was able to dance all night! I have narrow feet so I buy dress shoes a 1/2 size smaller, so I have these in an 8 and they are fine. Normally with open shoes I feel like my feet are slipping out the front, but I felt totally snug in these. . .and NO blisters!

Big Trouble with BCBGirl's Devona...
The first time I glanced at these shoes, I immediately fell in love with them. I ordered them and unfortunately, Zappos sent me the wrong style. I ordered the satin but I received the kid material. After sending them back, Zappos assured me they would double check the box before sending me another wrong pair. The exact same thing happened, I got the wrong shoe. Zappos then gave me 30% off of my next order and gave me my money back for the worng pair of shoes. It turns out they were out of my size but never took it off the page! Before I even wore the shoe the tassle on the left shoe began to unravel. I glued it myself and now everything's okay. Because of my bad experience with Zappos and the shoe, I am a little hesistant on doing bussiness with them in the future.

These shoes are great...I got the pink ones as a perfect addition to spice up a little black dress. Sexy but simple.
