I was so impressed and happy with this shoe, and with Zappos for surprising me and sending it out lickety split and also with Naturalizer! Kudos to them for this great looking and comfortable shoe. It did not go unnoticed at work or at holiday parties. I have a long, narrow foot and it is hard to find shoes that fit well. Not only does this have a great padded interior for comfort, it looks smashing. I'm still stunned to have scored this one.

Can't complain. I've been looking for heels that I might be able to wear for more than a half hour and I seem to have found a winner. Let me say I'm impressed. The style is cuter in person and will go easily with jeans or a formal dress. I'm not sure how Naturalizer does their padding, but it actually seems to be effective. I have been walking around the house in them and like the way they feel. Since I like padding around the ball of my foot I will probably be adding a small gel insert, but that's just me. I have small feet and these fit beautifully. The heel height isn't super high, but it doesn't take away from the shoe in my opinion. I'm actually looking forward to trying these out and about!

They are comfortable and look nice, but don\'t fit so well my narrow feet. Even though I ordered 11 N it was still a bit too wide.

I\'m very pleased. comfort is great. I bought them to wear with my dress to a holiday party this year, but I also plan to wear them with my dressy jeans outfits. I have big feet, size 10, normal width, they look cute! SUPER fast shipping, gotta love that! Shopping for high heeled shoes, I was very concerned about comfort since I wear tennis shoes 99 % of the time, these are comfortable. I\'m glad I tried these.

True to the size. I have a really narrow foot and it fit beautifully, comfortable and pretty. You can't ask for more.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
