Like everyone else, these run big so definitely order a half size smaller. They are gorgeous and surprisingly comfortable.

These shoes are adorable! Order a size smaller than usual because they definitely run big. I like them so much I may have to order another pair in a different color!

These shoes are fabulous! The fit is great and they don't rub anywhere, more comfortable than you'd think 4" heels would be. Very stylish!

Beautiful shoes - I am very happy with these shoes, the pictures do them no justice. I am a size 10 and that is what I ordered, they are a tad bit too big but can be fixed easily. I ordered these at 11:45 pm on a Wed night and picked the free shipping, they were on my doorstep at 11:00 am the following morning!!

These shoes are fabulous and comfortable, I am well into my 50\'s and I wear these everyday with jeans and have no complaints at the end of the day about tired or hurting feet, highly recommend, the soles have a rubber coating which makes them slip resistant and although the heel is quite high, it is very comfy for long periods of time I have them in every color made ! AND you can\'t beat the price

Just too big. This was my 2nd time ordering these. I got a pair of Carlos Santana shoes at a retail store before and had to get a 1/2 size bigger. So that's what I did this time. After ordering a 10 they were too big so I got a 9. Still too big. I would try an 8.5, but I don't want to go through the disappointment again. They're padded so they will be comfy, plus the platform is about an inch so they really aren't as high as they look. The part behind the toe that hides your toe cleavage is kind of pinchy, but it will probably loosen up as you wear them.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
