I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that this purse is absolutely beautiful! And the customer service is unbeatable. I ordered the purse yesterday afternoon and chose standard shipping. I received an email last night informing me that my shipment had been upgraded and that I would receive my purse sooner that the standard 4-5 business days. I thought I would get it a couple of days early, but to my delight, when I got home today there it was, delivered the very next day! It is beautiful and your service is outstanding!

I absolutely love this purse! Dooney & Bourke is the best quality, and design. Definately worth what I paid. Also, Zappos is the best,and their customer service is matched by none. I will continue to buy from Zappos.

This purse is absolutely striking and beautiful. I dithered for a long time about spending so much on a purse, but I’m sure this will be a favorite for many, many years to come. The construction is Dooney & Bourke’s standard excellent. The leather is top rate. The design is wowzers - I get compliments every time I carry it. The shape is classic. And animal prints are always "new" and "must haves" every 4 or 5 years. Zappos' price was right in line with local merchants (who didn’t have the variety of sizes and detail colors). Delivery was super fast. I’m delighted in every way.

Love, Love this bag- received in perfect condition. Also Zappos upgraded shipping to overnight air and received one day after ordered with no charge to me. I could not even order from Douney and Bourke website as they have been out of stock for more than two weeks. Thanks Zappos.

I was very pleased to find this Dooney & Bourke bag. The leather is gorgeous and tough and the size of this bag is just right! It holds a lot because of the wide bottom and very easy to look and get in to. Haven't changed out of it since I purchased it. Would gladly recommend whatever color you can get this in.

I adore this bag, I bought it as a travel bag and it goes everywhere with me. It's big enough to hold my camera, a book, phone, make up, wallet and a few other assorted oddments that I may need one day. It's a great quality bag and will 'go' with most outfits I wear (I bought the red); I will buy a Dooney and Bourke bag again.Thank you Zappos, as usual you are the best!

This bag is a showstopper! I\'ve had mine for 2 days and I\'ve been complimented on it numerous times already. I don\'t remember having a purse that I enjoy as much as this one. It\'s the perfect size and very stylish. I\'m using the long strap and it\'s nice having a purse that I can get into while it\'s on my shoulder. It\'s a very versatile bag, looks great with just about anything. I think you\'ll love it!

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
