Wow! What great service. I called because the item I ordered for my 10 yr. old granddaughter didn't fit. You did not have the correct size in stock. The CSR helped me find them at another site!!!!! I was so impressed!!! She carefully explained the return process and when I could expect a credit. You now have a customer FOREVER!!! I'll be telling all my friends too. I regret that I didn't note the name of the CSR who helped me and hope you can identify and thank her for me. Her efforts made my Granddaughter's sadness turn to a great big Christmas smile (and me too).
