Beautiful, but not knee length. I ordered the gray and the suede is gorgeous, the patent is subtle and the slouch is just right. I think all the studs are a bit too much; looks a bit Kris Kringly. They are comfortable, but I am a petite gal and they only go halfway up my calf if I pull as far as possible, but would ride even lower with wear. I must return because they are too short (mid-calf) & too tight at the top.

I love these boots! I'd been looking for some black suede slouch boots with a little extra kick, and these hit the mark and then some. They're just the right height, and I have slim calves so for me they're perfect, even with my jeans tucked in. I was a bit worried that the black patent straps might be too gaudy, but they're not at all, and the hardware is very present yet not overbearing. They pull on and off easily even though I usually look for boots with zippers, and they're very comfy, but being flat they don't have any arch support. I'm used to that since I wear flat or low shoes all the time so it's fine. All in all, I couldn't be more thrilled. Zappos rocks!

I won't order from any other online shoe store for that reason, so thank you for allowing me to try on all the shoes I want without paying postage to return them.
