Disappointed with quality -
I have ordered 3 pairs of Naughty Monkey shoes. Each time I was disappointed with the lack of quality and comfort. The styles are SO adorable, but the fit is terrible. The sizing is always off by a 1/2 size. I was really hoping the zebra heels would be a winner, but I had to send them back.

Just received my ZEBRA babies today...PERFECT! Look expensive, well made, Colors Rich, and True to size! I am used to walking in ungodly high heels but I believe these would be a comfort to anyone’s foot. The construction is so amazing they feel custom made for me. The heel is a little high for some but by no means wobbly.. I recommend this shoe again and again and again!!!!

Super sexy and comfortable! I absolutely LOVE them - they fit great - although they do run 1/2 size big, so order accordingly - but overall a super fun and fabulous shoe!

These are AWESOME. I agree that they run a little big; I normally wear 8.5 in closed-toe and 9 in open toe Naughty Monkeys. I got an 8.5, and they fit perfectly - no toes hanging over the edge, either. The zebra print is super cute, but they're a little squeaky right now. It's easier to fold the ankle strap in half before unbuckling since the "pleather" is so new. The heel height and width are fantastic... just high and slim enough to be sexy without being dangerous!

They are great for wide feet and the arch isn't too high so you can still walk in them. They run a half size too big...love them...

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
