This bag is excellent for a BIG bag that is "smaller." It is lightweight and good value for the price. The finish does not show scratches and I expect it to be very durable.

Great Bag - I bought this bag in the Oxblood color. It is a deep red and is exactly the red that I have been looking for. The bag is very lightweight, which is nice once all my stuff is loaded up. I love the "dangle" things that are on the side of the bag; adds just the right touch. The bag is also very comfortable to carry and stays put on my shoulder.

I bought this bag because I liked its look and size. Now that I have it I love it. It is soft and nice to the touch, rides comfortably on my shoulder and carries the things I need it to with ease. I highly recommend this bag, and I should know, I'm a bag collector.

OMG! Wonderful bag! Perfect size. Very soft leather, lots of room. Hangs just right on the shoulder. Also what I would call a light-weight bag. Even with all my stuff it's not a load on my shoulder. I ordered the Punch color and was very pleased. It's not a fire-engine red but a southwestern muted red. This is definitely going to be one of my favorites.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
