Unique look -
This shoe (in red and black) is more beautiful than the computer screen shows! Great arch support and I love the lower sassy heel. Haven't worn them to work yet, but they will have to be worn a few times before my bunion loosens up the top structure.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
