These shoes are great. This is my third pair of J. Renee\'s. As usual, I was not disappointed. The blue color was great and the style is so different! I love them. This was my first experience with Zappos and it was a good one. I\'ll continue shopping here.

This shoe is a show stopper! I have small feet; Size 5 shoe. Comfortable shoes in that size are hard to find, but this shoe fits great! It seemed a bit snug at first, but quickly loosened up. Heel height is great. I love the difference in the texture between the smooth leather to the rough print.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
